Visual snow, terrible afterimages, halos, starbursts, blotches of colour in my vision, things appear to move and warp all the time, foggy vision, seeing patterns on certain surfaces, pulse in my vision, floaters, double vision, tinnitus, sometimes it's hard to feel anything at all. Today has yet been the worst day so far, I pray to god that it turns...

I think weed made my hppd permanently worse and one time i drank till i passed out, woke up next morning and had panic attacks all day, i've had mild anxiety ever since (~4-5) Now i drink every now and then but i don't toke.

I did the pinhole test and experienced something REALLY weird. First of all i've noticed that my eyes are really red, bloodvessles crawling all over them. Anyway i did the pinhole test, i saw only a little ghosting (I was looking at a lampscreen) but my whole visual field was covered in what looked like small cappillaries, but i only saw it when i moved the paper in circular way and still looking through the hole (The lamp screen was also warping like crazy while moving the paper and still looking through the hole). Maybe that means something, i mean that there are bloodvessels overlaping our pupils, what could that do? Sorry for the shitty text but i am having a really hard time to formulating.

Good to hear that things are going so well for you ferret! For the last two days my visuals has been really bad, i hope this is just a bad period and not a new "normal".

Maybe this is the wrong thread to post in but i heard that dr. A would present results from research that had ben ongoing for 1,5 years, he would do this in May, has anyone heard anything?

Aint that really expensive? Also i've heard theories about kidney disfunction which means basically a "dirty" system. Someone also said that he thought the kidneys were constantly pumping out adrenaline, maybe that would explain abnormal activity in the visualcortex /the occipital lobe.

I have this rarely when i'm reaaally tired and trying to sleep, awful feeling. Always makes me panic.

I've also noticed that certain music makes me feel kinda bad, especially trance since i pumped that during my hppd-trip...

I'm soon there, i hope.

When i think my life is ruined, i just look at jay1 here on the forum. He had/has terrible hppd and he has started his own businesses, he's got a wife and a stable work, he is my role model! . Everything is possible, hppd doesn't control you, you do.

It's weird that you have crazy dreams, sure i dream alot post-hppd but my dreams are awesome every night

I had it constantly for a few weeks but when i stopped thinking about it it went away and i've been free from it ever since. Still have problems concentrating though.

I became free from dp/dr and brainfog a couple of months ago but when that left me i only focus on the visuals. I went to a workinterview today and the room was bright white and that made the snow, static and afterimages really crazy.

I think we all connect everyday-feelings to anxiety, when i have eaten i feel stuffed and i feel kinda sick in my stomach and then i instantly think it'sanxiety. Just relax.
