  1. I`ll try them as well. I read that the seeds actually work better over time.
  2. In NYC over here! I would also like to meet someone with HPPD. Don`t care who they are as well.
  3. This is what they say on their website now: "23andMe provides ancestry-related genetic reports and uninterpreted raw genetic data. We no longer offer our health-related genetic reports." Would doing a genetics test with them still be useful?
  4. Wow that`s some experience man! I never had a trip like that. Have you stayed sober since?
  5. I wouldn`t say my 6th and 7th trips were typical "bad trips" but I definitely did not enjoy them much. I did have tons of after images, colors, blobs, star bursting, ghosting, breathing, warping, and swaying during the trips that sticked with me. Thankfully all of that is to a minimum now and I don`t feel like I am still semi tripping anymore. I didn`t really want to trip the 7th time and I only did it because my friends and I planned to trip on that day. Towards the end of the trip I desparately just wanted to sleep it off and just go back to being sober. I think I had a turning point during that trip when it literally felt like something spilled in my brain and I knew something was wrong. Yes people with full blown HPPD are a minority but I think most people who have done psychedelics experience some sort of lasting visual changes (at least very mild and rare). The only psychedelic I have ever tried was LSD. I have friends who have done ayuasca, dmt, LSD, LSA, and shrooms and don`t have full blown HPPD so it all depends! Yeah psychedelics can be interesting and fun but I don`t think they are the answer.
  6. I got it from 1 tab of LSD. I had 2 beers and a shot of vodka that night as well. My first 5 trips were great. It`s the 6th and 7th times that messed me up. For each trip I took 1 tab only.
  7. Is there a deadline or like a preferred time to have the results compiled and compared?
  8. Thanks hppd24years! Jimmy if you try Amoxicillin and it helps you then maybe we can conclude that it has some potential to work against HPPD?
  9. Quitting smoking about 3 months ago, not drinking coffee, and not doing drugs I`m positive has helped. I also take pharmaceutical grade fish oil and I recently added organic turmeric to my diet (not sure if that is actually helping or just a coincidence). Also try to lower my refined sugar intake to the least possible amount.
  10. I finished taking the Amoxicillin and I feel great HPPD wise. My visuals, head pressure, and intrusive thoughts are at an all time low. I don`t think it`s because of the antibiotics though because I had to take Amoxicillin last year as well (like a few weeks after onset of HPPD) and it didn`t help or hurt.
  11. You can buy a mouth guard to prevent yourself from damaging your teeth.
  12. As a matter of fact I`m getting it prescribed again! :/ Sinus infection!
  13. 1 year. The no connection thing is still there but way less severe.
  14. I had the same thing missjess. If I would look at an object I wouldn`t have an automatic emotional reaction to it like I did prior to HPPD. I just kind of understood it theoretically but not practically. Hard to explain. Thankfully that has faded away to a large extent for me.
  15. Try not smoking and not drinking coffee for a few days and see what happens.
  16. Yeah it`s long but good. SSPD would be the abbreviation?
  17. I like Society for the Study of Perception Disorders.
  18. Okay so looking at the spectrum I'd say these binaural beats are primarily in the range of 185 Hz to 355 Hz. I'm not sure how that can help you but you let me know if it does!
  19. Didn't take away my visual snow in the dark (that is when I always have it), however it did make my vision a little clearer (in the light) and more stable for awhile.
  20. I didn`t know anything about HPPD for the first 2 months I had the disorder and I can say I am way better off knowing about it than being in the dark!
