  1. Figured I'd inform you guys asap: There is no longer a reserve list for the Longecity groupbuy, "everyone who wants some will get some". (original post requires joining both Longecity and the NSI-189 Group Buy Group to view, as well as participating in the group buy) I was already #1 or #2 in the reserve list, so it's highly likely I'll be getting NSI-189 myself (guessing it will be January). However, perhaps as always; best to be an early bird if you're interested in this! For me personally; I'm really hoping this will actually help, seeing as my situation has taken a turn for the worse since ~2 months ago without improvements so far.
  2. Nothing sufficient to meet my needs, no. Everybody responds differently to substances though.
  3. Thanks. Yes on paper it seemed it might be very useful. However, albeit having interesting positive effects, it does not seem to suffice for my personal needs. Perhaps as an add-on treatment it would be a good choice though, and as always it may be more efficacious for one person than the other.
  4. We don't really, save anecdotal experiences. As for the powder; I haven't used it since receiving the liquid solution from Ceretropic, whom I trust.
  5. When I open this topic I get a log-in pop-up, which I logged in to out of curiosity... Now it seems my IP has been banned and I need to log in via a proxy. Jay, if I send you my IP address in PM, would you be so kind to unblock it? Thank you.
  6. File Name: Coluracetam for HPPD File Submitter: onedayillsailagain File Submitted: 18 Aug 2013 File Category: HPPD Research Articles Here's the PDF version of the Coluracetam article.. Haha why didn't I think of this earlier? Oh well. Click here to download this file
  7. Was going to keep an experience log at Longecity, but they seem to be having a lot of downtime these days. Yesterday I did 1 minute illumination full-skull. My sleep seems to have improved, and interestingly I did not wake up cringing in anxiety. Actually, I feel better it seems, which is appreciated considering it's my birthday. Though there's still a lingering irrational anxiety of "Jynxing it" by reporting this though, haha. Could be placebo still. I won't comment any further, but so far so good and no adverse events noted. I'm going to jumpstart this by doing 2 days on, 1 day off, for a week, and then do 1 day on, 1 day off.
  8. Hey Jay, I reported 2 spam posts, but received the following message upon submitting: Can you verify whether my reports came through or not? If not, there's no point in me trying to help as I would not be able to.
  9. Again; thanks for elaborating on this I wasn't aware that this was a relatively cheap and easy intervention. Well cheap at least; not sure whether the method is complex or not. Is there any page you can link to that has a "for Dummies" explanation, or some sort of condensed introduction? That said, I'll of course try to figure out myself.. I don't want this to come across as a spoon-feed-me request. I'll skim through lostfalco's thread(s) and see what I can find. For now what I've gathered is to apply the LED's to the scalp for 7 minutes every other day, areas F3 and F4. I do have a chart to measure that, so that shouldn't be too hard; though I'm aware there's more to it and that I need to know the necessary info before engaging in these experiments. As for PQQ and CoQ10; that should be the easiest. As for retinal... I remember reading some warnings about that, though I can't exactly remember what it was.. Something to approach with an extra scoop of precaution I'd think. Well, time for me to grind the gears and get reading I guess. BTW man happy birthday; mine is this November as well (19 too!).
  10. I've only started doing exercise again the past couple of days. I'm starting out with very little; 3 minutes of jumping jacks, and 10 push-ups a day. May seem like nothing, but for someone who's been sedentary for a year, it's an improvement. I plan to take jumping jacks up by a minute every 2 days and pushups up by 5 every week, for the time being. Anyway, that aside, I notice that during exercise my visuals get worse (doing jumping jacks with your eyes closed really is something), and for a while thereafter also. However, as that fades, I've noticed a subsequent decrease in visuals, which I think may be related to the anxiolytic effects I get from this. I think in any case the benefits of exercise vastly outweigh any temporary discomfort it might cause you. Wouldn't worry too much about the hairloss; nothing wrong with being bald.
  11. FWIW and FYI. Curious to hear of your experiences bpl! Have been too weary of trying Mucuna lately. Syntheso: that should be a relief not having Val/Val then! So where do I send my samples?
  12. I like it bpl. I might add some of my attempts at poetry later. Thanks for sharing!
  13. Thank you so much for replying!!! Really tired and fogged up right now, so alas I've little more to add but a link to your review for others to read. Other than that I look forward to your further contributions Inviting @Syntheso to this thread.
  14. Wooshka I am not fully educated on the subject, far from actually. However I do know this is not a substance. I believe it is a form of transcranial light therapy. Thus, with adequate knowledge and materials, one can go about building and applying such a unit. I.E. it is something that needn't a group buy and that can be employed by one's own endeavors.
  15. I was randomly checking Longecity and read that one person has had "largely reduced HPPD symptoms" after one session. Just throwing this out there as a "before I forget" type of thing.
  16. I just tried Etizolam today (Etilaam blister packs). Some quick observations: At 0.5mg this feels like a very "clean" benzo (yes thieno, whatever). Proper anxiolysis. No cognitive impairment.. actually I might've noticed some increased lucidity. No sedation at this dose either. Definitely my best benzo experience ever. Visuals were also improved (haven't been able to see the patterns in the wallpaper for 3 weeks; this was the first time I was able to again). Added 0.5mg at T+3:00. Sedation become quite apparent, yet still not as bad as other benzos I've tried (Oxazepam, Prazepam, Diazepam). At this point I start noticing mild cognitive impairment such as writing "through" instead of "throw". I don't particularly like this feeling; but it's bearable. I've been able to drink 2 cups of coffee without any anxiogenesis. Awesome, awesome, awesome. In conclusion it seems to me that 1mg is too much for me; I should've known this as I already seem to respond strongly to benzos. 0.5mg was not recreational, yet made me feel much better. I don't plan to use this any more than thrice a week; addiction/tolerance/withdrawal are things I'd like to avoid. I'll probably just use it every Sunday like I did with Phenibut, and use occasionally as-needed.
  17. What syntheso mentioned. Also; I'd say don't bother with Clonidine. Avoid stimulants if you can (except Modafinil which is worth a shot), as well as anticholinergics. Try to save Clonazepam as a last resort. Perhaps consider a MAO-B inhibitor. Maybe Propranolol is worth a try if you're prone to anxiety and don't suffer from hypotension. Personally I wouldn't use TCA's, though there have been reports of it being useful for depersonalization. If you're not prone to addiction and suffer from anxiety, you might want to look in to benzo usage on an as-needed basis.. Not a real advocate of benzos myself, but used responsibly they can help you through hard times. That's all I got for now man; good luck!
  18. Thanks must-be. Andrewcb: I'd suggest Mucuna + EGCG + Quercetin instead. Day 2: Took 60g at night with 200ml coconut milk. Nausea is much worse. Possibly the coconut milk, but I doubt it. Wow deja-vu. Anyway, it dissolves much better in lipids it would seem. This nausea is not worth it (have a bucket next to me now), so I'm gonna cut down the dose to 30g, possibly just quit all together, or maybe just use 5g for sleep support. Feeling more spaced out; but I was feeling exceptionally out of it today anyway. I'm thinking this is overkill. Sarcosine still isn't here, which I'd like to try the most. So I'm thinking Pregnenolone will be up next. Off to bed now; hoping it'll at least improve that like it did yesterday.
  19. Wishy-washy. Improved symptoms one dose, worsened them the next. Perhaps if I'd pushed through I might have been able to stabilize the effects.
  20. Thanks and likewise! It would appear Glycine isn't exactly water soluble, so I'll try a lipid solution tomorrow. And you'll be in for a surprise when you open it, haha. Also a word of caution; it can be slightly nauseating at these doses, thus perhaps an idea to do BID or TID dosing.
  21. Goed om te horen! First and foremost I'd like doctors to understand that HPPD is not a psychotic disorder, and to not press patients with that possibility, which may cause for greater anxiety. Second, I'd like doctors to be informed of the status of medication responses to HPPD; e.g. it seems to be a common misconception that SSRI's attenuate HPPD symptoms, whilst in practice this is rarely the case. I'd also like them to understand the level to which it can be debilitating in all areas; and that patients simply to not have the time to go through 6 doctors before getting an adequate diagnosis, and that it can be extremely demoralizing to have to perpetually reiterate your story to no avail. Also, I'd like for them to understand the high co-morbidity of anxiety, depersonalization, derealization, etc. for DP/DR by itself is already of low occurrence and often misdiagnosed, which may lead to further confusion. Perhaps also to know that early short-term intervention with benzodiazepines may impede the development/exacerbation of anxiety, of course whilst informing patients of the nature of these medications. That's all I can come up with for the moment. If you've any questions, shoot. Groeten.
