  1. Well this is of course mandatory should we find a proper treatment/cure
  2. Was just going to reply, when Puppeteer took all the words right out of my mouth, haha.
  3. Quick comment; what you describe above is known as Blue Field Entopic Phenomena, or BFEP for short. I've had this on some occasions prior to HPPD. Be well.
  4. Nope; no clue. Yes indeed a bit vague, and it may very well be delayed.. Let's hope not.. NSI is my #1 priority as well. Someone beat me to it asking for an update on the progress, so perhaps we'll know more soon. Yep, I went ahead and made my payment for 5g shortly after the heads-up you posted, thanks Hope you get the Keppra! As for green tea; yes it contains many interesting beneficial flavanols/flavanoids/flavones/whatever, however I doubt that 7,8-DHF would be present in sufficient amounts, even in that edible version. But, it does contain COMT inhibiting stuff (EGCG), among its other merits, so it won't hurt. Just gotta sit tight for a few more weeks.. Would be easier if we knew for certain it would help.
  5. Probably some malware.. Do a virus scan, make a back-up, ditch Windows and install Linux (like Ubuntu), install ClamTK, install Firefox, and use DuckDuckGo.com as your default search engine. Google tracks virtually everything, so does Chrome. For more privacy, install the Tor Browser Bundle (don't need to link that I think, we've all snooped out SR I think). Let us know how that works for you. edit: if that's too much of a hassle; Control Panel -> Software -> check if there's anything weird and delete accordingly. Then re-install browser (seriously though, switch to FF).
  6. No, alas it didn't do much of anything for me (that I can discern). This was at 10ml/day already.. any more than that would require more injection sites than I can keep track of. And indeed; I agree Puppeteer. It's also the financial factor; else I would've continued Cere and just have bought more after NSI. No I did not buy from nyles7.. he could do faster shipping, but apparently that tends to have a higher chance of being held by customs. I'm just bunkering down and waiting till I get mine from the group buy. Oh, and yes Chakra, you can still join the group buy @ Longecity.. just follow the instructions posted in this thread Also, keep an eye out for 7,8-dihydroxyflavone guys. TrkB agonist I believe.. should be ready in a month or so.
  7. Doses range from 10mg to 40 mg, up to three times daily, so maximum is 120mg/day., which amounts to about 8 days if taken at max dose, 100 days if taking 10mg OD.
  8. To clarify: finished 2 weeks/boxes of Cerebrolysin @ 10ml/day, 5 days on/2 off. No benefits achieved. Suspending further experimentation until NSI-189, for it makes more sense to have neurogenesis (NSI) followed by synaptogenesis (Cere), and not vice versa. Trying a new stack in the meantime that includes UMP Uridine.. I'll keep you guys posted on that if I experience benefits.
  9. Meh. I've inquired whether he can provide a faster shipping option, and if so I'll order a gram. This because I've decided to quit Cerebrolysin until after I've done some NSI-189 (because it makes more sense to have neurogenesis and then synaptogenesis, and not vice versa), so I want the NSI-189 a.s.a.p. 98.2% seems sufficient to me. That would be 180mcgs of gunk consumed every 10mg. Can't be that bad. A gram should last me roughly until my 5 grams arrive. Just hope it's genuine I guess.
  10. Yeah.. I'm not going to self administer IV. Too easy to mess up. And I don't have anyone who can administer it for me. Hell my doctor even got scared about Modafinil, so IV pig brain peptides... Alas.
  11. californiaguy: I suggest you read through the topic again.. You can join the current group buy @ Longecity. Alternatively, I've found this source ($75/g). Though it's from eBay.. Wouldn't know whether it's legitimate. I'd order it, but the ETA would be around the time my NSI-189 is arriving, so no point there really. Perhaps quicker for US residents. Again; idk about how legitimate this is. IMO the Longecity group buy is more trustworthy.
  12. Thanks. Yeah I hope that I'll see improvements soon, and otherwise I guess no harm done. Maybe I'll see them after I quit.. who knows. Yes I should be getting NSI-189 late Dec / early Jan. I found another source though, which I'll post in the adequate topic.
  13. Did my 10th set of injections yesterday, so that was week 2. Nothing to report yet alas.. bit disappointing, but I'll keep at it for the remaining 2 weeks I've left. I was doing a bit of reading, and found that Cerebrolysin is primarily synaptogenic, whereas NSI-189 is primarily neurogenic. So I was thinking that maybe NSI-189 may be more helpful for those with a damaged hippocampus. Maybe a better course of action would be a couple of months NSI-189, and then a cycle of Cerebrolysin to help the new cells form synapses. Also, 7,8-dihydroxyflavone is in the works, which appears to be quite the potent neurogenic anti-depressant nootropic compound as well, so that's on my list. Perhaps after NSI-189 I'll do a few months of that. For anyone considering trying Cerebrolysin; I'd suggest try NSI-189 or 7,8-DHF first. I only did Cere because NSI-189 wasn't yet available, and I can't sit around knowing I'm trying nothing new whilst waiting for it.
  14. Had a 2 day break after day 5, and started week 2 today. Nothing to report yet.. Watching all episodes of "Lost". Obviously laying around doing nothing isn't likely to contribute to improvement, but currently I (still) can't do much more, or at least can't conceive doing so. In any case, I guess theoretically it shouldn't matter too much. Anti-depressive action should work regardless eventually. I've adjusted my expectations to see results around week the end of week 2 or 3, though of course I'm hoping to see them sooner. Almost immediately after I finish, I'll be going on a 2 month trial of NSI-189. Eventually something has gotta start helping....
  15. FYI: You can buy D-Cycloserine here (60% purity.. guessing the other 40% is levo), and it seems to be orally active from a quick search.
  16. Haha yeah I guess! Or 2 weeks of feeling much better without re-dosing. I'm prepared to flip that coin. It would, though the doses required for significant KOR antagonism from Naltrexone are very high, hence include much side effects. Or so I've read; same with the new opioid antagonist Nalmefene. Getting a shot of Naloxone.. would probably take you months to get the go-ahead from your doc, if you get it at all. I've read several accounts of Buprenorphine+Naltrexone being ace for DP/DR (one was induced by DXM), however, Buprenorphine is also a Mu agonist I believe, hence "Hello addiction". But all evidence so far (scientific and anecdotal) points towards KOR antagonism a high chance at resolving these issues, moreover what's very interesting is that KOR antagonism is relatively new, and there have only been a handful of people in the world to try it. Hence, who knows what potential it may hold.. Mysterious almost. As for why this isn't looked in to more.. I don't know.. AFAIK, besides the glutamatergic theory, this is the only one that makes any sense. I guess that most people with DP/DR are afraid of meds. There seems to be a lot less neurotalk over at DPSH for example. To be honest, personally I seem to be running out of ideas, and this is one of my last hopes.
  17. @wooshka: Nah I wouldn't recommend it on a daily basis. Ended up getting pretty bad rebound anxiety from it, so I'd only use it sparingly (forced family visit or something like that).
  18. Hey guys. First and foremost; I wish I could put this all coherently in an elaborate article like I did with Coluracetam, however my current state does not allow for that, so forgive me if this all seems a bit vague or wishy-washy. This is a substance I've been wanting to try for months now. Basically what it is, is an orally active selective long and fast acting (~2 weeks) potent kappa opioid receptor (KOR) antagonist. Say that three times fast. The KOR is implicated in many things. Salvia Divinorum (more specifically, its active agent Salvinorin A), which I'm sure most of us are acquainted with, is a KOR agonist. So is Ketamine (see here a study with both aforementioned and JDTic). These both (as well as all KOR agonists) known to induce a state of dissociation, depersonalization, derealization, anxiety, cognitive impairment, as well as hallucinations/visual distortions, and perhaps some others nuisances I'm forgetting. Dynorphin is the endogenous KOR agonist, which appears to increase in levels under circumstances of stress and depression (see wiki), and also blocks glutamate release. Glutamate is also implicated in DP/DR as recently discussed, moreover it's the precursor to GABA, hence hypoglutamatergia is no fun. Furthermore, trying to agonize NMDA receptors for instance, would be kind of like mopping the floor with the faucet running. Though, as a side note, NRX-1074 (GLYX-13 derivative) would be really cool to try. Ok well.. I don't seem to be good at tying up the loose ends here, but in any case it seems to me to have a high chance of abolishing dissociative symptoms. Oh yes, Naloxone and Naltrexone have been used to treat DP, the former of which completely abolished it in several individuals, however Naloxone is unsustainable. JDTic seems to be relatively safe.. some concerns about 2/14 individuals having a transient heart arrhythmia or something benign like that, which is why they halted studies (protocol I guess). I'll try to add more later, but if you've any questions, please ask. This stuff is not available yet. I know many of you, like myself, are very willing to experiment if it's worth a shot, and this one most certainly is. There's not a group buy yet, but currently there are already 16 people interested in doing one. If you want to be a part of the group buy, and for far more elaborate discussion (and a lot of interesting articles), check out the Longecity thread. Also, for the only user review in the world, check out jdtic.com (bear in mind, this person did not suffer from any dissociative issues).
  19. Day 4: no benefits yet Sleep is still disrupted; slept worse than yesterday. Still couch-bound and spaced out. Having a headache today (uncommon for me).
  20. Had some trouble falling asleep last night. Some anxiety I suppose. Also, I awoke twice last night during sleep, which is rather unusual for me. Other things I've noticed are very brief flashes of memory.. I was cooking an egg this morning, and all of a sudden remembered cooking an egg at a friends house 2 years ago, but the memory faded very fast. I used to have these kind of transient memories, but they ceased about 3 months ago. It's interesting to see them coming back, and I hope this stays and amplifies (especially the length of the memory staying in my mind). Other than that I noticed that I've dreamed a lot, and my dreams have been different.. felt different. Woke up with a better mood too, now I'll have to see whether it stays that way. Could still all be placebo, but yeah just for the record I guess. Will commence 3rd set of injections later this morning.
  21. Day 2: No benefits noticed yet. Had a headache this morning. Sleep wasn't much different than usual. Injected a few hours ago.. Very tired and dissociated; nothing new.
  22. Well.. still alive. The whole ordeal made me very anxious and subsequently more dissociated, so it's hard to gauge any effects yet, but how can one expect that after 3 hours? I've some worries that somehow I messed up (mainly worries about infections), but I have no real way to verify or debunk that. The gear I had turned out to be fine, btw. It's actually very painless... I'll update in due time.
  23. I can't believe I just injected myself. Twice.

  24. Got it in the mail today, as well as my other supplies. It's 215.2mg/ml apparently. I thought 5ml/spot was the limit, and that 10ml/spot was pushing it.. ah well; seems to be safe. I have enough to do it every day, so even if it needs to build up, I don't see much reason to do less. I think it's safe to quit whenever. Anyhow; I'm gonna do 1 injection in a few, then wait a couple of hours and do the other. Think I've bought the wrong syringes.. Damnit. See here. I'll update with any progress.
  25. Yikes. Stay strong man. Take things one day at a time is my advice. As I understand it, the predominant symptom of neurolyme is neuroinflammation and compromised BBB permeability (too much permeability), the latter of which is worsened by the former. Hence, the central effects in theory could be mostly mitigated by a neuroactive antiinflammatory. Try some Curcumin with high BBB permeability (e.g. Longvida), I'd say. But my knowledge on Lyme is limited. Other than that; I know this shit can be hell on earth man.. I haven't been doing too great lately either, but I tell myself everyday I just need to make it 1 more day. I find it easier that way. Hope some others are better at advice for this than I am, but yeah hold on man
