Light sensitivity seems to have worsened. I'm typically sensitive to sunlight but now artificial lights are a huge annoyance as I'm on the freeway and there are lights everywhere !

But I skipped one of them so I am only taking it once today

So today I am feeling happy and less anxiety but I'm starting to come down with the flu.

I just go on bike rides to the wetlands. Nice and peaceful. I hope to move to Hawaii or to the Mountains later in life cuz the city setting sucks

I'm starting to get sick so I will be taking some allergy medicine (diphenhydramine) cuz I would rather risk it than deal with a flu

I believe the dose said 5mg on the bottle I'm not sure I think that's what it said. I'm supposed to take it in the morning and again in the evening. I plan to take this for 6 months to a year if it works out

I often have those Depersonalization moments but anyone ever have those dp/dr moments where you lose basic motor skills ? I have had this happen many times where I would forget how to use my hands. This becomes quite annoying and I'm like "wtf?". Sometimes I would even be eating and forget how to swallow which is scary af. Anybody else experience this ?

I enjoyed the strange trips but damn it fucked me up more than LSD did it feels like. It has bad hangover like effects for the next few days. I started with minor HPPD but now it's terrible plus worse depersonalization and derealization

I was an idiot and knew about HPPD but I always had that urge to trip. I did diphenhydramine because it was a cheap high. Allergy pills right in the medicine cabinet. I would take it in smaller doses before around 250-300mg and it wasn't too bad. I took 400mg 3 nights in a row so I was too fucked up to noticed the first time. I noticed after the 3rd trip and it was awful

My symptoms are permanently worsened because I took 400 milligrams several times lol. I don't even take it when I'm sick hardly

Diphenhydramine is one of the drugs known to cause HPPD when taken in high doses. I used to trip on diphenhydramine by taking 400+ milligrams and it caused hallucinations, visual disturbances, trouble speaking and trouble walking and much other fucked up shit. I already had HPPD when I started abusing diphenhydramine but diphenhydramine made all of my symptoms 10 times worse. made my HPPD go from a minor case to a very severe case with depersonalization ! the symptoms you just discussed are of a very weak haze and you shouldn't be taking 100 fucking milligrams ! i only take diphenhydramine now when I am sick but in the correct dosage
