  1. What did you do and what did you take to promote nerve growth?
  2. How did you recover, how long did it take? And how did you recover from your depersonalization?
  3. ive taken lorazepam before about 1 year ago, every time I took it I did a lot solely to get high and don't remember it's affect on visuals, I just know it made my depersonalization worse. Recently after being sober off of everything for about 8-9 months I took 2 mg of klonopin a friend got for me. It took away the physical feeling of adrenaline, like I felt like i wasn't rushing anymore. When I was on it and off it it made my visuals worse! I've never heard of this has anyone had this affect?
  4. Never gonna recover if your getting high 3 days in a row dumbass
  5. Lethergicacid Green tea has caffeine and so does decaf green tea as they cannot chemically extract all while maintaining the flavor. Regular green tea has 10-25 mg per cup (equivalent to coca cola per ounce) decaf had 5-15 mg per cup
  6. i have tried everything I can get my hands on, benzos, sinemet, magnesium, l-dopa etc. none of them helped In fact most made it worse, I'm thinking about trying to repair my brain now instead of trying to cover it up with medications. Lions mane mushrooms and australagus root both sound promising, lions mane grows new nerves and astragalus is an adaptogen which can repair certain things in your brain. Anyone have experience with either?
  7. Yes I am taking 400mg 2 times a day of magnesium glycinate so it's a fair bit for me, also glycinate is a known "relaxant" wonder if that had to do with it. I'm starting to realize it feels A LOT to me like low blood sugar as I've experienced it before. When you had the low blood sugar episode did you feel kind of confused with some head pressure and anxiety?
  8. When you began taking magnesium did you experience an increase in anxiety and depersonalization? I have noticed it is helping my visuals a little but my depersonalization has gotten crazy worse and my head pressure has also increased
  9. It's very hard to tell what's doing it as you started to much to fast, lamactil very early makes your visuals worse but for me phosphatidylcholine, fish oil and coq10 all made mine worse
  10. The junkies on shroomery don't have the same Intensity of hppd or obviously they wouldn't continue to do psychadelics and just be ok
  11. Wuwei what type of magnesium do you use and when in the day do you take it? I'm thinking of buying magnesium chelate. You should but magnesium l-threonate best absorption magnesium in the world
  12. I've had this shit for 2 years, from when I was 14 and I'm getting close to 17. This shit completely stole my child sense of innocence and happiness, the visuals on me are not that bad especially compared to someone like jays but hppd is absolutely no joke. Although visuals themselves are not always that much of a bother the brain fog, seizure like hyperactivity in your mind, headaches and head pressure, and especially the other disunited that come within each depersonalization and depression make it hell. I feel like you are just feeling really good lately as in mood wise
  13. Ok not trying to sound Rude (I sware). 1.i did not know you felt bad before starting it. 2.there is no scientific study behind ANYTHING hppd, about 19/20 people on this board who have taken ssri's/snri's reported secerly worsened visual symptoms, about 5/20 reported permanent changes. 3. It doesn't matter how much experience your neurologist or doctor has, they know absolutely nothing about hppd, the only thing they know it to prescribe the drugs that makes the patient feel better (benzos and anti depressents)
  14. Quit it immediately, if you were feeling ok before you got on it there is absolutely no benefit of taking it. It is well know that ssri's/snri's greatly increase visual snow and hppd symptoms and it may become permanent, quit now
  15. magnesium l-threonate crosses the blood brain barrier better than any other magnesium out there. Magnesium is susposed to help build and repear mylin sheats and receptors in your brain but doesn't have much of any affect because it can cross the blood brain barrier. L-threonate is relatively new but has multiple studies already of it helping with anxiety, sleep issues and most importantly, Alzheimers. It's at vitamin shoppe and online, $40 dollars for a month supply so I'm currently saving up but if you have the money you should definitely try this, sounds VERY hopeful.
  16. This is that kid from school I told you about
  17. i was looking through high absorption magnesium supplements when I came across magnesium l-threonate which is said to be a relatively new creation. It is said that this form of magnesium crosses the blood brain barrier Very effectively and there are many studies that show that it is affective for Alzheimer's and helps many suffering from cognitive decline, also alledgely helps with sleep quality. It is available mostly online but in select stores, I will be buying it as soon as I can save up the money as its a little expensive, it's at Vitamin Shoppe but maybe someone else can try out this Med, sounds very hopeful
  18. im trying my absolute best to heal as much as I can this summer off of school, that includes mostly depersonalization wise but I want to relax and do everything I can to help visual wise. I have a lot of good clear headed days but I have this anxiety like symptom that isn't actual anxiety. I have this tightens in my chest area that makes it feel like I can't breath but don't worry get anxious or any other anxiety symptoms while havejng it. It's delaying my recovery and I want it gone, is it just plan anxiety or can I do some stretches or something to get rid of it? It's only in my upper chest region
  19. I tried it yesterday only lasted a day, I was very confused and disoriented, I felt like I was in a psychosis I literally cilantro understand anything and had an unshakable feeling of imminent doom, I was so so scared. My heart rate was really high and I ended up having non stop diareaha and vomited because I ate to much coconut oil, my heart beat being very heavy combined with how utterly scared I was feeling I had decided to end the process before I went to bed thinking I would die in sleep. Why do you think this is happening? I usually don't have that much sugar but it may have been low blood sugar, I also really cut my carbs like to 10 was that to much?
  20. Fallout fucking 4 was just announced! Does anyone here play fallout?

  22. Well I am really skinny and don't have natural body fat to burn so is it ok for me to eat a lot of fat like more than the average keto dieter? I mean like 10 spoons of coconut oil and a bunch of eggs and meat. Did you ever get really confused for a bit on it?
  23. Jay maybe our bad month may have to do something with the lamactil, can you update us on how it's going?
  24. I've decided to try the keto diet again starting this weekend, I will try for 2-4 weeks on it, it really changed my depersonalization and hppd, my visuals got better and changed In The way I saw them
  25. OneLovez, I am very skinny like sometimes I think it's a medical problem cause I eat a lot but don't gain weight. How much coconut oil and meat should I eat a day? I've heard there's like a limit on how much fat you should have
