  2. just finished off a joint, first time smoking in 2 years. It was a hybrid but definitely a lot of indica in it. I smoked a lot and I definitely like it, minimal increase in visuals and my anxiety/depersonalization is rather low, only noticeable when I think about it. Never thought I would be able to enjoy weed again
  3. I have learned through the past 2 years of this shit that visuals don't fucking matter, they do not seriously affect me mentally and are not a threat. Depersonalization is a threat, I have recently gotten rid of it but it has for some reason come back in full force. Maybe it's because school just started again or has something to do with my visuals them self becoming worse lately. I am willing to do ANYTHING to get rid of depersonalization, I just need your help on how to get rid of it

  7. Highly doubt it's the lions mane as it has no effects on your except promoting long term nerve growth and regeneration, some have had worsening symptoms from lamactil
  8. Yes it lasts for a while, about 12-18 hours. I'm 17 so it's pretty hard to not lift when you always feel like doing it, but I guess I'll just be skinny for now because recently for the first time I noticed, not just hoped it believed, actually noticed my visuals reducing and I'm not going to give that up

  10. Nope nothing, protein from food not a supplement and definitely no pre workout, lifting makes me feel more confused to, maybe it's all the stress you out on your head when you lift
  11. ivw been getting into weightlifting pretty heavily lately, and it seems to be making my symptoms worse and making me more depersonalized/anxious. Anyone else lift and feel the same?
  12. ive had sever acne for about 2 years now and have taken everything, antibiotics are the only thing that worked but they made my hppd worse. Accutane is a form vitamin a, and has some rather nasty side affects but I'm willing to try it as a last resort. Since it is a vitamin a and vitamin a effects the eyes, do you think this will worsen my symptoms?

  14. so for the last couple of days I've been on the verge of insanity, getting off likns mane and an antibiotic because one is making me feel insane, worsening my symptoms and giving me depersonalization. Upon looking up de realization, i read on multiple occasions that's VISUAL SNOW IS A SYMPTOM OF DEREALIZATION! I have noticing idea how that works but my visual snow is my worst symptom and has slowly become my only symptom. Does derealization really cause visual snow? And will getting rid of it affect the snow?

  16. i started taking lions mane and an antibiotic around he same time a week agai. At first I felt tricking great and everything looked so clear but all of a sudden when I was going to bed I got a horrible headache that wouldn't go away and the next morning my visuals were worse. I discontinued the lions mane but no the antibiotic and my visuals are still worse

I have more dreams and those dreams are easier to remember and more clear, The dreams are about conflicts in my life including trauma I have faced which is helping me overcome it, sexual dreams and very clear ones to, but it's a little harder to sleep and harder to wake up. I have also started taking an antibiotic for acne, which I don't feel is causing these
  19. over the past 6 months, since I have quit caffeine/nicotine and started eating healthy every single visual symptom has drastically improved, except visual snow. Light sensitivity 85% better, trails/tracers 75% better, afterimages 75% better, snow is about the same. Has this ever happened to anyone?
  20. When you beat up l-theanine it has stronger affects, beyond that I think the 2-6 mg of caffeine in it are just enough to kind of activate the reception but not overload it, I feel good with a little caffeine but like a coca cola bottle amount (50 mg) makes me feel schizo

  22. That's what I've been going for nerve growth and repair, besides eating healthy in general I started taking lions mane. It's very expensive cause I can only my find it in one place, What brand is yours and where do you get it from? I'm doing 1 gram a day moving it up to 2 grams

  24. I would not even try serotonin based one like Prozac etc, tell your doc about past drug use damaging your serotonin receptors and ask for agomelantine it's a melatonin based antidepressant a user took it before
