Got my HPPD three days ago, scared?

Today is my 19th birthday, and I feel dpdr:ed as hell. Suicide thoughts were not on the list today. But here they were.

But I am going to get better.

It helped my increasing anxiety so I hope it helps u too. I dont get drdp so much. I just get huge anxiety im either going insane or my vision is worsening. Sometimes I just want a benzo and a hug
