Got my HPPD three days ago, scared?

He doesn't have dpdr.. That's my problem. Hppd is okay.. I think I can manage it.

But dpdr sucks.. I don't want to be like this forever. :c

Mad head pressure all day. Went al numb n light. Disnt recognise myself in the mirror. Freaked out. Had a magnesium...felt great

yeah it worked. that was like 3 hours ago, feel edgy again though, think its worn off, only took like half a tablet. its deffo a nice bit of releif
