  1. Apparently I was just discovered in July of this year that Tianeptine is a full agonist at the opioid receptor sites. I do very well with opioids but had to cut them out of my life. I wonder if this would make for a good replacement? Do you purchase online and if so where at? Thank you, Andrew
  2. For me, depersonalization doesn't happen much anymore just derealization. Dp for me was when I just felt fake, i couldn't even recognize myself, was more mental. Dr for me is when the physical world seems fake and for me everything looks plastic. I have dr 24/7 and when the dp kicks in all hell breaks loose. It is like being inside a dream, like you feel like everything, including yourself, is a dream. That is how it is for me at least.
  3. You ever hear of an antidepressant called Agomelatine? I works on the melatonin system. I tried getting some from my doctor but IDK wtf he is doing he is being a fucking moron right now. Might be something to look into if you want an antidepressant with anxiolytic properties without being serotonergic.
  4. I got propranolol. Works pretty good but only if used like twice a week. I also used Gabapentin and same applies to that. I'm not on either one anymore but I think if possible it would work best if you could alternate between Gabapentin, Propranolol and a benzo. Take each like once a week or twice at most. Other than that I found all to pretty much stop working relatively quick other than benzos but they aren't worth taking everyday imo. Have you tried other things like magnesium, taurine, passion flower or anything along those lines?
  5. I've been using SAMe for almost 3 weeks now. Started off at 400 mg a day, than 800 mg a day and now I am just taking 1600 mg in the mornings. Sadly it isn't doing anything, it is like taking nothing. I am wondering if it is the brand I am taking so might try a different brand next time. I am going to attempt to take it sublingually today to see if that works. Well, just curious if anyone has tried this product, I am using it for depression/anxiety/motivation in conjunction with Selegiline.
  6. If you really want Keppra and are having no luck getting it legitimately and am tired of wasting money there are always other ways to get it(online). But with you saying your bipolar I would be weary of Keppra.
  7. If you have bipolar Lamictal and Keppra MIGHT be a bad idea. Not saying it is a sure thing but they do cause rage in a lot of people. I suffer migraines as well and a few months ago I started taking Melatonin just for sleep issues. I guess it was like a month after taking Melatonin I noticed my migraines were almost completely gone, so I did some researching and found out Melatonin can be used for migraine prevention. Now if this is a direct cause of the Melatonin or what I can't say for sure but definitely when I don't take it my migraines get worse. I take 5 mg time released ones and I take them almost daily, maybe something to try for migraines and if doesn't do anything for you after a week you can always return it. I would definitely get the migraine issued solved first though, migraines can cause all shorts of issues. As far as your personality disorder, are you talking about DP/DR? Where life can see dreamy/fake and you can't even recognize yourself? Or some other personality disorder where basically you feel like 2 different people? If it is DP/DR a lot of people get good results from Klonopin, it is addictive though. Sinemet is another medication you could try.
  8. Yeah there really isn't much info on them. Most I got out of it was they are each specifically made for each part of the body, in this case the CNS. They are suppose to repair DNA, the mechanism behind that I can't find either. I guess they are just peptides from young cows that your body uses. Cerluten are peptides from cows brain which when consumed your body uses them like your own peptides I assume, but I really have no clue. What got me was the "could replace stem cells". As far as bioavailability goes I am not sure either. Here is a good site with info and some studies about it if interested. http://www.peptidesstore.com/pages/clinical-study-of-cerluten http://www.peptidesstore.com/collections/natural-peptides-complexes/products/cerluten This site seems to be far cheaper than IAS and they look like they sell mainly peptides. I wish I could afford it but hell it could cost you a few hundred bucks for just the first run but it gets cheaper after that.
  9. I would really love to do a full body acupuncture! In my SOP class we get free acupuncture in our ears on Wednesdays which is 5 needles in each ear. Whatever it does it works, really helps calm me down and lets me open up and talk a little more. The effects don't last long though. Anyone have experience with acupuncture?
  10. Yes sinemet fixes RLS real good. As far as shaky hands or anything no clue to what is causing it. I shake like a mf. Sometimes I don't shake at all sometimes I do. I think it is anxiety, BP and a messed up CNS. @royakasha, I get migraines all the time and it even feels like pressure is building up in my head. This usually causes me anxiety, makes me shake and wipes out my memory for whatever reason. Like whenever I get a headache I just have a problem remembering anything and I can even get confused. Like I might be going into the kitchen to grab a drink and then when I get to the kitchen I go and about grab a plate or something stupid lol. Also my DP/DR gets bad when this happens.
  11. Are you just drinking water? That is your problem if so. I would recommend "The Master Cleanse". You can look it up Youtube to how to make it. It is basically just water, cayenne pepper, lemons and grade B maple syrup. You still need some calories and what not or you will have zero energy. I have been wanting to do 10 days of Master Cleanse and then add in a ton of Maca but I really hated fastin the first time I did it!
  12. I got a magazine today from IAS and when looking through it a few things caught my eyes. CERLUTEN is one of them. http://www.antiaging-systems.com/250-peptide-bioregulartors Here is a nice little video and explantion on how they are suppose to work. Anyone got any knowledge of this stuff? It is super damn expensive on IAS, I may try to find a Russian provider who is trusted and order me some in the future. Money is tight right now so won't be for a while. Just something to think about. Thank you, Andrew
  13. Adderall was good at first but over time it turned me into a zombie. Sinemet really didn't do much and Wellbutrin was OK but wasn't what I was looking for, kind of made me a zombie too. So far the Selegiline is OK, I haven't taken it in a few days, I have to see my PO tomorrow so want to make sure there is nothing in me just in case I get drug tested. Been having a problem keeping up with my routine, just can't get motivated to do anything! UGH, hopefully I can find some motivation here soon, I would like to stick to this stack for at least a month to see how it works out.
  14. For dopamine meds I have taken adderall, vyvanse, opiates, sinemet and wellbutrin. Never tried Keppra, Aricept is really my first one unless you want to include stuff like Piracetam and Alpha-GPC. But nothing along the lines of meds like Keppra. I have a question about the Selegiline. I got this stuff called DepPro and it is 1 mg per drop. I just tried taking 1 mg sublingually today which I read it would be like taking I guess around 7-8 mg orally. If I was to take like 2 mgs a day this way and let it become a MAOI-A via sublingual absorption I shouldn't have any problems with foods right? Since it isn't being absorbed in the gut. Or here is another method that has gotten me pondering. What if I mix 1 drop with some DMSO cream or oil and let is absorb in my arm? And from there judge dosage. I think the DMSO is a pretty good idea, it would be like the ESASM patch or whatever it is called except you would just have to find the right dosage and probably dose twice a day. This way you can safely inhibit MAOI-A and B. And at 1 tiny little drop for 1mg of Selegiline, that isn't much for you to absorb in with the DMSO. What do you think?
  15. I take magnesium morning and night, I try to get at least 1g of it. About 400mg in the morning and 600mg at night. I just ordered http://www.swansonvitamins.com/swanson-efas-super-epa-fish-oil-100-sgels which is 200 mg dha per serving(1 gelcap) and only 6 bucks for 100! That is dirt cheap so I went ahead and ordered me 3 of them. I am going to try this out for some time, I wish I knew about this other medication while I ordered my Selegiline, I would have added it to the cart but I don't feel like paying another 20 bucks shipping for a 30 dollar item. It is called Moclobemide. It is a MAOI-A, but it doesn't interact with foods like irreversible MAOIs. But this is definitely something else I am interested in.
  16. Yes, I am slowly adding each thing. Selegiline i cheap, it cost 100 bucks for 300 mg which should damn near a year. Naltrexone is expensive though, it cost like 70 bucks a month if you wanted to use it daily unless I was to buy from one of those sites that want your phone number which I am iffy about, they charge 20 bucks for 10 50mg tablets which is a sweet deal. But really everything added up would come down to like 50 bucks a month. Basically I have been taking everything already minus the Selegiline, Noopept, Aricept and I forgot to mention this but PEA. So I know how each of those affect me. I started off with Selegiline to see the effects of that alone and from there added Noopept with the Selegiline, Aricept and then the PEA to see how they each stack up. So far it is working pretty good other than my reality can be very crispy which is due to the Selegiline. I think that will get better when I dose EOD. I buy all my stuff in bulk so yeah it could cost a few hundred up front but I get months worth of supplies and works out better in the long run.
  17. Hell yeah bro trying to get my memory back, better sleep and rid of some of this depression. The Selegiline is ok, at least today it made my reality to crispy so to speak. That is one of my main problems is my "reality" is to crispy, everything just seems crispy and in my face and at least today at 5mg it made it worse.
  18. Hey all, I know just about no one gets on here anymore but any help would be appreciated. This is what I have in my stack and then I will explain how I will be taking it. Selegiline Naltrexone Aricept Galantamine B6/Magnesium/Zinc/Calcium ALCAR ALPHA-GPC Cdp-choline Piracetam Noopept Theanine Picamilon Taurine Fish oil Whew.... Alright this is what I have for my main stack, now for my workout supplements. This is where I do not know if I should avoid anything or not. I make my own pre-workout with these..... AAKG Alanine BCAA Creatine Agmatine(Ran out need to order more) Maral root Basically I do not know if it is ok to take AAKG or Alanine because of the Selegiline(will be doing some research on this myself soon). I feel the rest is ok because there would really be no interactions and I understand I won't get a answer for the Maral root so I will just have to play that one out. My planned routine...... Ok so I just got my Selegiline the other day from online, it is Dep-Pro the liquid stuff. I used it yesterday at 2mg and today at 5mg. I liked the 2mg dosage better so I will continue the 2mg dosage everyday for a week and then 2mg EOD. I also just got my Aricept filled and this is my first time taking it and will be doing 5mg each day in the morning. Fish oil 900mg DHA, only thing that really matters here. I take 300mg Alpha-GPC in the morning, 750mg ALCAR in the morning, 100mg Picamilon in the morning. I take Piracetam 4.8mg 2x a day daily. Noopept 10-15mg 2x daily. I just got my Noopept and have only used it once so I am new to it and not sure if I will use it or not. Haven't used it today, I will add it in tomorrow and judge from there. B6 and Magnesium in the morning. Ok now for my nighttime routine...... I take 4.5mg Naltrexone EOD at night. I would like to do this each night but and running low so am stretching it out and probably won't be able to order some more until later. I think I have like 10 or so more doses left. But when I do I will be using it every night. Galantamine 4mg each night. 100mg Picamilon, 300mg theanine(might have to drop this dosage not sure how it reacts with Selegiline, will do research), 3g taurine, b6/magnesium/zinc/calcium and 250mg Cdp-choline. I have been using most of this stuff daily but the new addition of Aricept, Selegiline and Noopept kind of change things a bit. Any ideas if this combination of stuff should be safe to take? Or any advice would be appreciated. Thanks, Andrew
  19. Collin, He tried to offer you anti-depressants for you heart rate? Lol could have offered at least some Propranolol. I would agree with Jay, stay away from all the anti depressant and anti psychs. My doctor won't prescribed me them because he feels certain there is some kind of serotonin problem with me and these only agitate any symptoms I have. There is one anti-depressant I want to try and it is called Agomelatine. I do not know much about it other than it works different than your traditional SSRIs, it works on your melatonin system. Maybe you can ask him for this and see how that works? If not and you are hell bent on getting benzos I would do what I did and just search online for doctors. I literally found 2 doctors around me and 1 psychiatrist who are very willing to prescribe benzos and are willing to try different meds. Not that they are pill pushers or anything, they want you to know how addictive they are and all the negative stuff about them but at the end of the day they understand that if you have been having problems for years and it isn't no once every few months type of thing and you are a adult and they believe you won't abuse them they will prescribe them no problem. My first doctor was a total dick like yours, I then Googled doctors around me and read the reviews and the next day found a doctor willing to help me out. Don't just go from doctor to doctor not knowing how willing they are to help people out. A lot of these doctors now a days are fixed on the idea that SSRIs are the cure all drug or something. And when you go in just tell them you know "hey look, I have been dealing with this for years on my own, it is getting to the point where I can't even live anymore, I get the shakes inside my body and outside everything moves so fast I can't keep up. My hearing gets real and sounds like everything around me is moving fast and my I can't keep focus with my vision. And when this happens everything seems so dream like and I just don't feel like anything is real anymore." Lol, if a doctor doesn't give you Kpins after that than he is a super D because that is obviously anxiety and dp/dr(even if you don't have dp/dr this should help secure the Kpins). I mean it is best to tell your doctors the truth but we all know that doesn't work most of the time, I have told every doctor I have seen about my HPPD or HPPD like symptoms and my dp/dr and they just blow that part away, but they do recognize my anxiety issue and help me out there. But yea, just google doctors around you and see what people say about them. Trust me, people will let you know if they doctors are willing to help you out or not.
  20. To be honest they are all the same to me but what most people say are the red strains are better for that and white strains are more stimulating. I would go with the Bali strain. It isn't one of my favorites but most people swear by it. And from there when you order request some samples of red and green veins. Try the Thai Kratom, Bali and Malay. Like green Malay, red Bali and red Thai.
  21. I use to take it just recently stopped. To me it didn't do much but I already have a super high tolerance to opioids. Try http://botanicalwellness.com/collections/buy-kratom They have cheap quality Kratom. Ask for some samples too in the checkout and they will send you some.
  22. I ordered some from newstarnootropic, just a 100 grams to see how I would like it. I was using 4.8 grams per dose 2 times a day. I liked it, was subtle, it seemed to help me focus a little bit more and get rid of a little bit of anxiety! Might get some more in the near future but will see. Thanks, Andrew
  23. There has been close to no action going on in here lately(months). Was just wondering what everyone is up to and how y'all are doing! Is there another forum people are using or is it just people are trying to stay off the forums(which is what I have been doing helps with not obsessing over symptoms)? Hope everyone is doing well, Andrew
  24. Yes, I got in a fight in February. Bar fight, got into it with 3 guys and ended up getting hit in the face with a bottle twice and broke my nose(second time getting my nose broken with a bottle, first time it was thrown at me and the bottle actually broke). All fights to me seem like they go by pretty fast and have horrible memory of them, I guess this is due to the adrenaline rush. You probably felt pretty good after the fight since you won I assume and you might have had some kind of natural high good feeling going on, this could cause that walking on clouds feeling. And I think it is pretty normal to think that the person you just beat up is going to retaliate even though you know they aren't. I have been in a few fights in my life and have never lost 1 on 1 but I have been beaten up more than I have won lol because of getting jumped and every time I get jumped I never think about them retaliating but when I win I always get this nervous feeling afterwards like I have to watch my back. But always feel good after any fight win or lose, I feel it gets any built up anger out of me and I usually do get some sort of high from it afterwards. I have to agree 100% with Jimmy, it is better to walk away than fight any day of the week. The only time you fight is if you have to 100%. All my fights have been because of defending some kid getting bullied, besides 1 time it was my fault, I was drunk and got my ass beat by 8 black kids lol. So next time just walk away and if they talk shit just tell them you aren't a kid anymore you are a man and you have better stuff to do with your time than fight. Sounds corny but that is what you have to do.
