Good post Mike, i always stay at home at first when my friends do stuff becouse i think that i won't enjoy it as much as before but it always ends up with me going with them and i think that i enjoy it the most! You've got nothing to loose if you've got hppd, unless you choose to.

I have come to the conclusion that HPPD and hallucinogens can affect cognition. I would say that asking if HPPD effects cognition is like asking if a bad-sprained ankle affects walking.

Would you care to ellaborate why?

I'm with Ferret on this one, HPPD -> ANXIETY -> COGNITIVE ISSUES SUCH AS SPEECH DIFFICULTIES.

Lovely! I think that i only have negative after images and of all symtoms, this bothers me the most. I might look into sinemet, after i see a doctor, i'm not much for doctors

Sounds like some kind of hypnagogic hallucination or just a case of extreme tiredness, my head turns into a clusterfuck when i have slept too little (or too much)

I also wonder, would it be ok to print out and make an own little booklet of research articles with relevant information? I mean to show it to a doctor, i am seriously considering to try to get meds prescribed and before i do this i want to have some formal backup to stick in the doctors face if he/she refuses to believe me.

Your case definetily sounds like hppd, do you have any other visual disturbances like after images and visual snow? And for the love of god, quit doing all sorts of drugs this instant, you have no idea how deep the rabbit hole goes and believe me, you do not want to find out.

Recommended for first time use: ~15-25mg, i did... >75mg \m/

I am currently having a n aching tooth and the area around it is sore and probably infected, i might have to pull it out (Or smash it cast away style ) and if that is the case, i might have to be on antibiotics for a while.

So basically i am just wondering how antibiotics can affect hppd. I am a little freaked out becouse i have read about hppd patients whose symtoms have sky-rocketed prior to use of antibiotics, is this a common side effect? For hppd patients that is.

I got hppd from a RC called 4-ho-met.
