Oh and guys, i've been taking a ZMA supplement every night for about a week (600mg magnesium, not sure about the amount of zink and b6) and my cev's when i try to sleep are completely gone. A nice temporary relief.

I have loads of B6 at home so i might give it a try.

My two worst symptoms are afterimages (traces included) and moving/warping objects.

Noticed today that my proteinpowder contains 0,4g l-tryptophan per dl. Is this any good or is it bad? Since l-tryptophan increases serotonin, or so it says on the label.

I'm black.........but I don't think any particular race is more susceptible to HPPD than any other. I think it has more to do with the fact that caucasians tend to be more interested in trying psychedelics than blacks or other races.

I explained my story 8-10 months for my first recovery now I'm dealing with a secondhand pot relapse or PTSD or whatever I'm confident ill beat this again but I'm on month 2 of my relapse

Of course you'll make it, i think dedication discipline are huge factors in recovery and you seem to be really dedicated

The drowsy part went away after like a month for me and i was on it for almost 4 months.

I'm thinking of getting a tortoise (fuck yeah) since they represent endurance and no matter how slow they are, they get shit done. Just like me!

To put something into perspective about chemicals, you can buy a salt-substitute at the grocery store that contains, as one of its main components, the same chemical found in a Texas State Corrections Lethal Injection.

So if hppd gets too rough, loads of salt will do the trick, got it!

On topic: Since pot permanently aggravated my symtoms i'm not touching that shit anymore. I stick to beer, some of you might think i'm reckless and i know(!) That only a few beers can make hppd worse but so be it, i'm willing to make that bet. I will never abandon my social life!

I'm not posting very often and my posts doesn't have much valuable info to them but i just want to keep in touch, much internet love to you all!

I thought of that as well, i was thinking about a starburst/afterimage/trail simulator where you drag the picture and when you do, trails become visible from streetlights et cetera... I would love to shove in some money in a project like that!
