There's antidepressants that work for people with hppd that don't worsen your symptoms, Ask your doctor about Buspirone or Bupropion they both work just fine and are very safe, buspirone also helps with anxiety

Apparently people on the visual snow board have used haloperidol to treat visual snow, I would give it a try if it gets bad you just stop taking it

I have stopped taking it but will be trying it again pretty soon, since I got off it I have noticed like small blue clouds or blue gas like trails in my vision quite a bit, it has almost gone away a completely with time but I don't know how keppra caused that

Umit yes I'm trying to heal this break and get rid of depersonalization, trying to start that journey

Trip into hell, how long did it take for you to recover? Were you drinking caffeine or smoking during your recovery? How did you recover from depersonalization?

Yesterday was my first day in Tegretol, it is an anti epileptic med that works by blocking sodium channels and is a Gaba agonist, important to note it has light snri properties. I chose this med because several others (including Dr.Abraham) have said it works. I've started on 50mg, which is a very low dose, yesterday was my first day and it was very interesting. My visuals were noticeably reduced, about 30% but it made me uncomfortable and depersonalized. My first night sleeping on it was very weird, I woke up and my mind made up this weird scenario and I saw this thing, don't want to go into detail but I believe I had a full on hallucination, a light one though. I will continue with this med for a while longer to see if these side effects dissipate, dispite these side effects it's important to note that it's working.

Im having an mri soon can I use that?

I'm very certain it's the keppra, nothing else unusual or new medications have been taken lately

Horrible, very depersonalized and thinking of suicide, only took 50mg today, just another chance for my recovery that will no longer happen

I'm feeling confused, dizzy and in general schizophrenic as in weird thoughts and urges to jerk my body randomly, ok lowering my dose to 50mg tommorow I cannot take this, side not my visuals have gotten better by about 15%

Risperdal works differently than deanxit, if you quit deanxit and go into risperdal you will still have all the withdrawal symptoms and feel weird because your body will be withdrawaling from deanxit, just crush the pill and take less, untill it's such a little amount you can just cold turkey

I took 250 spread into 2 doses yesterday and I felt really weird, I was depersonalized and having schizo thoughts, my heart rate was very low, idk what that was about but should I lower my dose or something?

Would you be able to tolerate risperdal better? If you can't cut the pill crush it and take a portion of that untill you get to an even lower dose

I've had it since I was 14 to, just turned 17 I just don't focus on it and do everything I can to make my life fun and comfortable, sobriety is key

Jay, there are several cures for cancer yet they are withheld, hppd isn't studied enough because it isn't a money making disorder, not enough have it and those that do don't have jobs that can provide the Jew doctors with the money they need

-mg will a 5ht2a antagonist like lomerizine make me depressed? As agonizing 5ht2a receptors make you happy wouldn't reversing the process cause the opposite of happiness?

I tried to up to 375 yesterday, I felt weird and depersonalized, had a very emotional dream of a relatives death but instead go dying they went missing, continuously woke up very confused and scared, going back to 250 for a few more days at least

Umit your on risperdal? That's made almost everyone's hppd worse, shocking how you can manage taking it
