Tho I will try and distract or numb myself with any medication.. currently those in opioid class. 

Some medications make visuals  slightly worse tho the sedative element and numbing aspect ends up being of some benefit..

I feel like I have an addictive personality, tho with symptoms this bad as mine who wouldn't  for some relief. 

I feel like hppd is painful of an entirely different level so possibly helps with the pain aspect..

It's funny how when a person has not dealt with the underlying cause they can go from one substance straight into another.. Likley this is where therapeutic work maybe beneficial possibly... Or not...
