hppd33
Who quit smoking? And find relief of symptoms?
brake
I did. At around 10 months in I realized that my visuals and intrusive thoughts increased temporarily every time I smoked cigarettes or electronic cigarettes (especially the first cigarette of the day). So I quit and it`s almost 4 months now. In the past 4 months I had the most progress. I`m sure clean eating, exercise, healthy sleeping habits, and staying away from drugs helped as well. In the first 7 months it seemed like smoking did not make it worse though.
brake
My visuals can still come on strong once in awhile but the severity doesn`t compare to the first 11 months.

brake
First I puffed on e cigs instead and then I just quit cold turkey when I was getting fed up of the spikes in visuals.
Jay1
i'm on the e-cigs, not had a proper cig for over 2 months now. Love it, only when i'm having a beer though.... I can see e-cigs being pretty addictive. Body feels healthier for it though.
brake
Two nights ago I smoked 2 Indian herbal cigarettes (beedies) and my visual snow and after images increased. Also started feeling brain sensations and head pressure again.
iHaveSeenEvil
During my onset cigarettes caused me have a spike in visual disturbances. They do not seem to do that to me anymore, but I would cut the smoking if it's causing you issues. It's also a lot better for your general well-being.
