  1. when its morning and its still dark i feel better then when there is light my dp/dr is more on the foreground then, and coffee makes me nervous if i cant do anything but sit infront the computer, i will check my heart beat and such and am creating a panickattack. When i for example go wash my car after a little coffee in the afternoon i wont notice my sensations or my DP.

     

    I take cymbalta and 6MG valium. Thiamine works on the liver too, so i think it should be a good addon.

  2. Coffee and the newspaper is my morning routine. I cant say I really feel my hppd flares up. Coffee in the afternoon is a different story, I Will get dped.

    Hopefully the thiamine works for us too. I should recieve it tonmorow. They say I should only take 1 a day. You take 6 a day is this the amount when it works? Also I can take this without problems with other meds yes?

  3. Yup getting worse.. Also my hands and body are shaky.. I have this brain fog, and couldn't sleep properly last night

     

    I think this has to do with the klonopin, if i was you i would take the klonopin at night so you have a proper sleep and the effexor in the morning along with good breakfast.

     

    My snri, makes me fatigue, dizzy, dry mouth numb and very tired and it does nothing for HPPD, though im less anxious so i dont need 2MG klonopin, my plan (hope) is that i can beat hppd without too much benzo. I came from 2MG klonopin and now im off them, which is cool. I believe nature will heal us. 

     

    Klonopin causes major depression too, might be time to switch benzo's or quit them

  4. Hah trip in to hell. That is how they did it ages ago. Search some more for ect on YouTube.

    Ive read that ect also helps People with parkinsons and other mental disorders.

    Umit I agree with you. My lifestyle is boring the only things I do I smoke alot and take an snri and a little bit benzo. Besides that nothing, no alcohol or drugs.

    I can.imagine its exhausting, but it does work for depression which exhauses too.

    The only thing is hppd is a whole other story then a depression and it might get iversable worse, thats Why I ask here.

  5. 6 months recovery is fast. I have it now for 3 years and still no big improvements, im afraid im not becoming better anymore. I tried alsmost very med outthere and nothing really works, it might help me cope. Now after 3 years of trying sporting, taking meds, doing everything.. im now for 20 hours in my bed im exhuasted of everything. I want to think positive, but everything i ever liked i cant do anymore (go out, have drink, talk,etc) Nothing is positive in my view, i cant drive a car anymore, im on meds which sucks,  im dizzy as hell,. cant hardly breath most of the time. 

     

    I cant live like this my whole life. Maybe you are in the 20 orsow and your brain can heal, im a bit older and feel i cant bare it anymore
