Phenibut Withdrawl

Four year HPPDer here. I have been lurking on here for a while with making an account but here we are.

I took around 25 grams of Phenibut in ten days and now I am having withdrawal and VS, afterimages, tracers, and dpdr are quite a bit worse.

When/Will my symptom's return to baseline?

Hey, welcome to the forum... Sadly, there's no way to tell, you just gotta try and ride it out as best as you can. The worst flare up i ever had lasted a couple of months.
