My HPPD has defiantly decreased since getting it back in 2020 and I believe it still very slowly improves. As it improves in very small increments, it can be difficult to notice progress. -
Four year HPPDer here. I have been lurking on here for a while with making an account but here we are. I took around 25 grams of Phenibut in ten days and now I am having withdrawal and VS, afterimages, tracers, and dpdr are quite a bit worse. When/Will my symptom's return to baseline?
