ivw been getting into weightlifting pretty heavily lately, and it seems to be making my symptoms worse and making me more depersonalized/anxious. Anyone else lift and feel the same?

My visuals spike for about an hour after weight training, but then go away and I am left with a nice, relaxed feeling. Are you taking any supplements that might affect you?

Nope nothing, protein from food not a supplement and definitely no pre workout, lifting makes me feel more confused to, maybe it's all the stress you out on your head when you lift

Yes it lasts for a while, about 12-18 hours. I'm 17 so it's pretty hard to not lift when you always feel like doing it, but I guess I'll just be skinny for now because recently for the first time I noticed, not just hoped it believed, actually noticed my visuals reducing and I'm not going to give that up
