  1. Lots of people swear by it for reducing anxiety and stress. I didn't tried it yet but I surely want to.
  2. Keto worked for a bit, but the side effects weren't worth it. Real ketosis is tough to achieve, and it's not for everyone. Maybe trying exogenous ketones could be the next move.
  3. I've tried Naltrexone for fibromyalgia, not HPPD. Results vary, but some find relief with lower doses like 2mg-4.5mg. Your experience at 50mg sounds intense, maybe try the lower dose?
  4. I have the same problem. I have been dealing with anxiety lately because of some issues I have at work. And CBD helps me overcome this stress. After using it, I feel more light and relaxed. I use it via Air Bar AB10000 flavor options, but if you are not into vaping, you can choose another option to use this substance. If I am not wrong, there are pills, oil, or you can smoke it. But overall, CBD is beneficial. Still, I will recommend you speak with a doctor or therapist to make sure your body will accept the usage of CBD.
