  1. after 6 months of sport and staying very active i grabbed my life back and i dont think about hppd no more i feel mentaly stayble i was in very bad condition like you and a lot people i did first try lot of supplements buth nothing helped only benzos buth i quited and i still take anti psygotics in the lowest dose the hppd and and my visual disorder is still there buth i dont care any more and in most situations its normal man there is hope for every body you can start with sport after a few month you will notice a seriuse positive effect thats for sure after 6 monts you wil even dont believe how good you maked progress if you go to any doctor they wil advice to stay active its an universal remedie and dont listen to pygatrist if they say only take medicen and lay down on the sofa if i was started earlyer i was mayby in a better condition now

  3. yea is see yelow lines on the floors en blue lights in de dark when i am outise in the street its when it appears is randomly and on white surfaces randomly collors of lines

  6. I see faces on soccerfields when i playing fifa i am lucky i see only there so i dont play soccer games or watching soccer i hope your symptom wil fade quikly

  8. I think its not i good idea to drink beer and taking medicens after a month i feel very dizzy
  9. There just no pill for this disorder buth like me you can try 3 or 4 beers to suppres your symptoms for a hole day its only thing that works for me buth be carefull keep and stick on your limits if you gonna drink

I did my longest run outside today buth the ground was breathing extremly when i was done i stoped i wanted to check if its still happing yea it was crazy i see it only when i stop look to the ground i just wach it 2 seconds and moved on i wil not stop and look again next time just ignore it after 10 minute i geth back to base line

How is your sport condition does hppd effects your condition i did 5 weeks running in the fitness center when i try to run outiside i was aybel to run only 100 meters and i was out of breath In the fitness i can run 4km non stop buth now after 3 months i can run 1 km outside I think after 5 year smoking siggarets and dont doing sport my body inside is very bad shape i think smoking has harmed the most Wat a shame smoking using drugs quiting sport its to highway to disaster and pusing your buddy to geth free enjoyment whitout working for it i learn my lesion buth a littel bith to late

Hi it was not a good move to smoke weed again buth yea its to late buth i hope and i think you wil recover more quickly this time because i think your brain has learn how to cure before mayby it wil find the old way again and do it a lot faster this time wish the best for you I tryed weed 1 time in 3.5 years just i very littel joint and i goth a very bad trip from so weed or any other drugs i wil never try again even i am cured for me its going good right now i wil keep doing a few beers 2 times week and lot of sports and i quit al medications i have loose lot of time with waiting for the benefits of medication

I have some information like my experience buth cant explain or dont know how to link in sciencitfical information i wis i could or help input information the only what can bring is practising sport have strong relief in some symptomps like pysg libido congetive now txn to sport i feel the most time relax Melatonine have some postieve effect on moving objects
