Spartan
We have recently submitted our first work on HPPD to The Australian & New Zealand Journal of Psychiatry. An early preprint (already downloaded over 500 times) acknowledging the contributions of the foundation is available here: https://osf.io/preprints/psyarxiv/xeg96/ There are several other outputs in the works. brake
Alright the more studies done on HPPD the better for us and the rest of society because we will know more about how the human brain works. Link to comment
yarkadin
HPPD is indeed not only a visual disorder... this has been discussed for over 20 years now but it's slow to be accepted. I suspect with the increased legalization of these drugs including hallucinogens as therapeutic tools or last-resort remedies for people with suicidal ideation and other severe mental problems this will become more accepted over time. I'm not sure if it is in the DSM-V; at least it is listed in the wikipedia article, already a plus. Link to comment
brake
If you do a search engine search I found plenty of new HPPD studies that were published in the 2020s. Not just this one. I know they have some published clinical studies that were done in the past as well. Link to comment
