help123 Posted September 15, 2023 Report Share Posted September 15, 2023 Hi.Some symptoms of HPPD have increased in the last couple of months and i find it very disstressing.I am suffering from HPPD about a year now.Is there a chance it can go back to nearly normal?Some advice? New meds, drugs, stress, more alcohol, coffee, change in sleep pattern? I have had several spikes during my time with HPPD and all but one have returned back to normal after a while (sometimes weeks, sometimes months).
