I find junk food makes me more anxious and just uncomfortable in my own skin. Usually carb heavy.

I also feel fresher and more energetic since going on a plant based diet. I think dairy especially causes some issues. 

Always worth experimenting with your diet.

Oh my gosh, I thought I was the only one! I don’t drink (but when I used to my symptoms would definitely be worse the next day.) But now if I eat a lot of sugar and sweets, the next day my symptoms are sooo bad. I put two and two together and figures sugar wrecked me, but I thought it was just me.
