Akshay Posted June 12, 2022 Report Share Posted June 12, 2022 I been a lil depressed from 6 months , overthinking that i have spoiled my brain, i have major panic attracts in the night and cry myself to sleep at times , i have noticed that, after crying my Starburts , halos and visuals increases by 2x , anyone have this ? I actually sometimes feel quite a bit better after laughing, whether they are sad tears or tears form laughing... Seems to release something inside me.
