You cannot get HPPD from a weight-loss drug. That is almost certain. Your problem is probably not HPPD. HPPD comes from doing drugs like LSD or taking mushrooms. If you haven't taken LSD (acid) or anything like that, I don't know what is wrong with you. Just tell your neurologist what your symptom is. He or she will know what to do.

In china weight-loss drugs sometimes consits of substituted amphetamines/cathinones, they may cause non-visual form of hppd.

Yes, and some weight-loss drugs are primarly psychoactive, so I'm pretty sure someone can get HPPD from them. It can be very different from LSD induced, though. I have heard of many having mainly Visual Snow from antidepressants.
