clonazepam after 3 months

Saw a physiologist today and he prescribed me clonazepam, I'm a little nervous to use it. Should I avoid it since I'm only three months in or should I give it a shot? I'm fearful if addiction and withdrawal.

I would take the prescription, but not use it every day.

 

If you are having a really bad day, take one... But I think at 3 months in, it is better to try as much as possible to learn to cope without meds.
