Eddie Posted October 11, 2012 Report Share Posted October 11, 2012 Hey I have had hppd for around a month now and things are improving, however I am going to see one of my favorite bands in a month and feel I might not be able to enjoy this. Jay1 Posted October 11, 2012 Report Share Posted October 11, 2012 well, maybe in a month, you will be healed... but yea, a benzo will help you relax.... but you might not remember much of it if you are not used to benzos. maybe try 0.5mg next time you have something stressful to do, see how you react to the small dose. and make sure not to mix benzos and booze, you'll almost definitely black out.
