  1. If it helps, I understand what you say dude. My friends think I take klonopin because I'm "just stressed" as well as my doctor. Would never hurt me, but the ideas are and more these past few weeks.

    Maybe you should return to the previous dose, as you notice Some Benefit change.

  2. Unfortunately sinemet has made no change in my symptoms. Imagine the sadness. I have only taken 5 doses and experience some disorientation and drowsiness (may be psychological). The only minimum perceptual change I noticed was that my VS became a bit more solid, like a block of ice. It's hard to explain.

    Maybe go back to taking other small doses when I feel a little better, several days ago that I suffer from extreme anxiety and suicidal thoughts.

  3. Well, finally i get Sinemet CR 200/50, its the only avaible here now....there's a Sinemet 200/25 but like visual told me, the carbidopa is to low and that med is for advanced parkinson. Or something like that :D

    I was very scared and i cut the pill into four pieces. Take 50 mg three hours ago and I have nothing new to say. I will continue with that dose for a few days and I'll tell if I have any change in my condition.

  4. I agree Ferret. This nightmare start for me after i take an SSRI pills (previously i had a 'dead experiencie' with canabis). Like you said, anxiety are extremely related with this. 2muchmandy, i know exactly what are you said about going paranoid: bored---paranoid----depressed---anxiety and the circle start again.

  5. I experience the same as you, 415. That's why sport is so addictive, especially to combat anxiety. I'm sick three weeks ago and unable to go to the gym I feel like a bag of crap, self-confidence you mentioned is very important.

    Maybe there is a relation between the visuals and the amount of blood entering the brain, I know many stories of people who cured their depersonalization running several miles a week.

    PS: Celery is great! I recommend you try it with blue cheese. Another very good supplement is royal jelly, check the properties is awesome.

  6. Great post 415, nice info about the quark cheese, i will add it to my diet.

    Yeah, gainer sucks, i used it many times but now i only take creatine, glutamine and bcaa sometimes. I have a lot of problems to up my weight and i prefer to eat a lot. Gainer never more, a total waste of money.

    To improve blood circulation i eat celery evernight. Its really great for our healthy.

    Do you notice some improvement after training?

  7. I said this many times. Some visuals are not a big problem (for me), dp-dr is extremely painful. Memory loss, tension in the body, anxiety, depression, loss of sense of time, loss of emotions...etc. You're lucky if you havent any of these things
