My biggest problem is at night , it’s really hard ,i can see beams of light bursting out of any artificial light source. these beams are usually colorful, imagine light shining through a prism. and this is like 90% of the time. and i only smoke weed and drink alcohol when it happened

So, just 20 minutes ago I jerking off and splitting all white off, after that i noticed that somthing in my eye sight as been changed I started seeing a ghost image on evrey fucking word , i did not have it before i jercking off

My story: So i was a daily cannbis/mijrhuana Smoker For 8/7 month , until one day bad trip hit me like a strike, i was felling something went wrong with my head , like something in my vision as been change , the sky felt me wrong and look unfamiliar was strange felling like it DR , allso after few days , i had DP , suicide thought , depression unmotivated anxity panic attack , so I began to calm down after this horrible nightmare it took me 4 month to get over it , after 3 month, I drank alcohol with some friends, i think i drink to much wake up at morning , with some defucal eye sight symptoms, after 2 week i came a croos somthing that called hppd that answered my symptoms HPPD Symptoms: scale Light sensetive(7/10) Trailers(3/10) Static tv / lines in my white walls(9/10) After image(5/10) Eye floaters(9/10) entoptic phenomenons(10/10) Color pop up in my field sometimes(3/10) Sensitive to shadows around me(5/10) Some object move in my sight(2/10) I was at ophthalmologist he said i dont have nothing Didn’t wear glasses, my vision eye in long , very good and allso in close Didnt take any medication , i avoid drugs(will not take this anymore) , i avoid alcohol allso I have hppd almost 1 month Questions: 1)Who had cure from this disorder and can give me good tips to help me 2)i didnt use mdma/lsd , only cannbis/mijrhuana/kush do you think the brain can refix it self Thanks ?

Hey Madoc thank for reply I took hashish few time with cannbias seeing things like a person actually being a tree. Does this happen all the time or every once in a while? When i pay notice for it once in a while In my opinion, I think my head mess with me i feel scared all time stress, Numb paranoia panic attack, cant focus only think about my symptoms and i cant be Distract i did blood test and everything look fine unless b12 normal is from 103-712 i have 317 now i pay attention for some symptoms- waves , static snow at night , lightning when i close my eyes i can see patterns, , lightning ,static tv at my room when its dark , my head is like on a boat

So hello Evreyone , Sorry for my bad english I'll tell you my story I have to know an opinion from people and hear what their opinion on this subject, I was smoking for 6 months Cannabis sometimes every day Sometimes no day, one day I got a panic attack I thought I was crazy I held my head and I felt something bad happened in my brain after it never touch drugs again After a month and a half months I managed to get over this, but it was still a feeling of NUMB. After about 4 months I drank alcohol and then started the - symptoms of vision, - I suddenly began to see myself a lot in reflections in the mirror In the floor in everything you can see in reflection, - I have to Being constantly aware of everything that happens around the room and terming it with objects, - sometimes happens to me situations that I look at from a distance I see a tree and I think it's a human and after two seconds I notice that it is a tree - Any movement that occurs at the angle of the eye I must notice -some black eye floaters(trying not to notice about it) it's not permanent thank you all guys and sorry for my bad english I hope we all get well together
