  1. Yea i mean sports that contain cardio are a lot more effective in long term and because the are hard to stick on and they give you realy benefits once your condition improved and yea when you have hppd its a lot more times harder then a normal person

    Its very cool you do skie i wish i could do it to buth its to expensife for me and keep doing what you love is the best way to deal with hppd and should speed up recovery

  2. I know its sucks hppd buth nobody dont want to realize that meds dont work for hppd even for other disorders that have market even there is no cure how big are your changes for hppd? And you alrdy having hell with lamogotrine and you want try keppra is this a good idea? I think you should stay on klonopin or increase the dose until you come off and think about find something you like to do or something you like it in your childhood and stick on it and keep ignore hppd and concentrate on what you want to do, a normal life with hppd isnt that far

    Like i say like doing something that stimulate you brain is still the best cure in long term buth nobody take it serius and they think just popping a pill wil cure and yea every time the geth disapointed

Hello about meds i cant give you advice because i tryd a lot of here in hppdonline buth with no results or had to stop because there side effects buth my doktor give me anti-psychotics because he tought i had psychosis and yea it took me a year before i discoverd by my self i had hppd and noth psychosis i didnt managed to quit since a month its prety strong stuff because of dopamine rebound

    What i well have experience is with sport

    What for exercise are you doing?

    I think exercise are noth enoufh to geth the real benefits from sport it took me 3 months when i start to feel the first realy improvment and its month 13 and i wil conform if am cured to stay 6 months without meds i am now 1 month med free and didnt need it for a sec

I think you should take klonopin if you have you should take it until you tapper of this med and you need distraction the best way you should go for walks even if you dont like it its can geth harder buth you should do it in a routine after you done with your walk you wil geth a relief for sure

    A walk is a good way to refocus in the now and dont giving hppd attention so hppd can shrink with time, 1hour a day can do wonders

    Yea and i took lamogotrine 25mg to long time ago buth the side effects was horrible i stop with it after a week

  5. Yea maybe a full recovery isnt so far buth i am happy how about my life now

    No you asking the wrong man about that for me case closed about drugs

    I wil do a few beers only buth its better i stay away from it

    Just want to try mucuna pruriens again still have some at house buth i think its have some potential risks so dont know its just a supp buth its strong buth atleast lot safer and yea and you notice the effect better in few days the stimulating effects

  6. i took fishoil for 6 month or so ..it could have played a role..i dont know but it always felt good so i would recommend it

    another thing i took for 8 month dayly was lions mane which was also great

    every day green tea cause it is said to increase ngf

    a vitamin b complex dayly helped me too

    and drinking several different smoothies a day is a good idea

    even black seed oil was nice, melatonin and 5htp on rare occasions

    i took valerian or ashwagandha for anxiety, lavender for sleep, and very low doses of kratom (rarely) for depression

    i was always eating healthy doing long walks in nature and avoided fluoride as best as i could

    I think doing long walks is the huge part of your recovery like me i did long walks of 2 hours and didnt stop for a minute

    ...but again...i cant guarantee that one, a few or all of these things were responsible for my cure nor that these things are working as good for you as they did for me...its just what i did
