  1. My first symtomps did come 3 months before the full symptomps did apear buth i had no idea what was happening

    Its started with light aniexty atacaks from time to time just a few minutes each time

    I was still using because of it was a legal drug in nederlands and in the flyer was telling it was the safest drug with minimal risks so i didnt think it can cause this hard disease

    After one month i did geth a heavy panic attack while i was 10 days quited from nicotine the first what a did was grab a siggaret afther few hours i was completly normal

    This was mayby the signs thati i will experience a hellish bad trip a month later i feeled few time unconfortibal while some trips buth a very bad trip was waiting for me and yes i was continuing using and the times was comed this goth me and slowly the new hell was started with a peak of 20 symptoms some was fayding slowly some was starting burning time after time in the front of my mother did try and hold me on to hide what i was suffering just hoping everytime this wil be the last hellish day

    Now i am strong what i write does feel me nothing i learned to be carefull what i will now doing after this shit can be beaten even its wil resist whole my live i resist to and find new ways to enjoy life and help others advicing minimalising the risks to geth not wrong and find naturely ways to enjoy life and dont push your limits to much day in day out

Who of you when acting sport light or heavy like running swimming power training did your visuals gething worser or not if yes do you think it wil be permanently or temporaly. when i first start sports my visuals did geth worser buth it was always temporaly after a few months it worsening littel and litter even my visuals did geth much better buth some symtomps didnt geth an improvment tell me how sports and exercising effect you visuals are you afraid that it wil geth worser permanently i thik it geth temporaly worser because the bloodflow geth more to the muscles the brain bloodflow drops a littel bith

Stay postive becarefull if a doc priscribe any madication if you have suicidal thoughts buth if they advice benzos wil be safe start always with lowest dose dont try to think about negative thougts ignore them and keep holding that and keep staying active even its hard it wil be easer with time i recomment slowly start with sport and keep pussing within your limits there are so many suffering your not alone your young you have more chance to recover seriusly every does buth how younger how easyer

  4. I am on smokefree day of 15 didnt notice postive effect on hppd mayby its to soon buth i feel some postive effect on general buth its never a bad choice to quit smoking. Smokers risks serius diseases later so quit better soon as posible after few monts of sport it was never so easy to quit smoking i moved on e-smoking somtime i puffing for lol its not very light harmless if you want quit easyer try med called champix

I start to drink after 3.5 having hppd together i did start different sport 3 months ago i didnt never feel so good in past of 3.5 years it was not easy buth i maded a routine of a good dosis of sport when i drink 2 heavy beers my symtomps fayd of extra for 1 or 2 days and my mood gets beter and my concentration after its work out geth better i drink with coution i wil try never drink then 2 beers with one day not alchol and i am doing this one month and i did notice a extra postive effect in general health buth yea every body is different need to find his own remedy buth sport is a universal remedy in his own tempo i am sure for that

Guys i did try a lot of medication nothing did have a any effect only bad effect when i did come of it stop be especting en waiting for improvment the cance is low stop waiting to sit down and waithing for improvment only benzos have effect use only when you need buth start with upgrading sport to improve condition its one of the best option for all psygocical problems and its a unversal reliefment i am one of the living proof work hard until you have routine of sport you wil feel the effect after 2 months of hard work just keep fighting and hang on you will reach it

I drink few beer few times at a week i am doing this now for two months and when drunk lifts most symtomps and no negative effect te day after this is my experience and do lot of diffrents sports i notice after few months this is the best option medication use only if no other choise the effect of sport are much stronger then any other medication thats what i beliving and i experience that buth i hate it buth its wats every body want we wont always more mayby i can reach after few years serius sporting be close to normal

  8. Guys the best therapy is sport and its olmost free i am practicing diffrent sports swimming long distance walking fitness cardio healty food bycycling i have reach very good mood and afther sport few times at week drinking few beers and listen music my most symptoms has fayded

    seriusly i believe soon i wil olmost been cured you just need 3 months of hard work i believe its a universal cure mayby it wil dont cure full everthing buth it wil seriusly fayd most symptoms work hard and rebalance some areas of your brain

I have pysgosis to buth lucky i dont have anxiety like to most in the way been feeling buth i have a not typical aniexty buth bisede medication that i have used i have wait and sitting down wait my symptoms goes away buth didnt happend for the hardest symptoms i was keep fighting even i dont feel me good 2 years could accept my disease because i lived a normal live before those disease showed up so keep fighting until you reach a acceptual level the best 2 things you can do is healty food and lot of sports this two is my bigest relief i did start and stop with sport every time i did try again and did more and more and afther a times i stick to my routine and i feel for real this i feel realy hope for future even when its still hard from time to time when i act sport buth you wil geth your reward and somthimes more than you except and somthimes less then you except you will geth where you want one day if you start to stop waiting until it wil go over only with medication

Looking to static wil dont make it worser normaly if you dont use drugs it cant be worser i look to my visuals i have the feeling that if i look to much it wil geth worser buth it never happened so it wil never geth worser buth the first yyearmy brain was developing hppd so it was gething wors by time in the first years then it was going slowy better

    For meditation did make my symptoms worser and i did stoo it because it actived psydelics patterns buth how more you do it you can break to it and you wil geth stronger how harder you fight how stronger you geth

    And i saw lot of dreams in de beginning a lot of dreams that i was using and tripping in my dreams
