  1. oh man its was not a good idea to smoke pot i did it to buth its was only lukcly temporily getting worse buth i advice to instead think about your condition go do sports go run so much you can that you are tired to even think about your problem i am doing it to now after time i am a lucky and healty human again

  2. nope i did try it 1 month no any effect on any symptom i dont have aniexty for that i dont know i buy them from dixi botanical realy i can advice if you dont do sport or dont have a active life stop imeadidly to search on net because there is nobody find something thats realy helps be sure

    i am cured from 80/100 dp dr hppd just in 6 months

  3. i did try olmost every sup nothing works all of you guys stop waiting that you wil heal start to have a active life and especialy start with adding sport in your life even its very hard in the begining after a few months you wil feel real and notice strong improvment be sure

    Sinemet, Clonazepam - They worsened my hppd slightly, but im almost sure, "permanently".

    Lamictal, Flunarizinium - they give me stinging in my head and worsen my cognition temporarily

    Piracetam - makes me irritable and increases ghosting big time.

    Lion's Mane, Vinpocetine, Ginkgo Biloba, Kudzu - also gives me stinging in my head als worsens cogniotion temporarily (although lions mane first improved it)

    CoQ10 - Took it for more than a week. First few days it felt like its improving my congition, now I take one pill and it makes me slower. Possibly worsened my memory or visual reaction slightly and more like longterm.

    L-arginine - also worsens symptoms slightly

    very weird thing - Flaxseed oil and fermented fish oil - after taking them, instantly it triggers hppd somehow - kills my thinking, increases ghosting, decreases visual reaction time. (somebody knows why could that be the case???????)

    I think even ascorbic acid 1000mg or Magnesium Malate 2-4g makes me little spaced out, but I continue to take them at lower doses hoping for some long term benefits.

    One thing that I keep taking and gives me no side effects or worsening of symptoms is 2g of grape seed extract everyday.

    1. I start to think that anything that increases bloodflow in the brain makes me feel spaced out, worsens my cognition etc.

    2. Also anything that increases/agonizes serotonin (gingko/kudzu/St. Johns Wort), gaba (clonazepam), dopamine (sinemet) - has some bad effect on me - although the mentioned herbs only affect me temporarily.

    the list is longer, but I don't those are the most important ones I guess..

  4. i need to be carefull even dont think to smoke pot again pot is dangerous for hppd suffers buth i cant realy say alchol make hppd wors buth better to dont drink after i drunk for 4 weeks i geth very dizzy buth it can be because i quited 1 month klonopin after beeing 1 week dizzy i started again with klonopin now i am taking it 1 day in 1 day out slowly tapering wil see slowly if this dizzynes wil dont come back

  5. after 6 months of sport and staying very active i grabbed my life back and i dont think about hppd no more i feel mentaly stayble i was in very bad condition like you and a lot people i did first try lot of supplements buth nothing helped only benzos buth i quited and i still take anti psygotics in the lowest dose the hppd and and my visual disorder is still there buth i dont care any more and in most situations its normal man there is hope for every body you can start with sport after a few month you will notice a seriuse positive effect thats for sure after 6 monts you wil even dont believe how good you maked progress

    if you go to any doctor they wil advice to stay active its an universal remedie and dont listen to pygatrist if they say only take medicen and lay down on the sofa if i was started earlyer i was mayby in a better condition now

Man realy you need to stay active to dont feel this disease start find ways to stay active you can do sports forget drugs its a closed option for use it wil make it worser im doing 5 month of sport and i did a serius progres the only thing that kills my memory is klonopin even i am on the lowest dose buth i dont feel trippy if i am resting

    but i want to smoke and take hallucinogens and make some interesting experiments with drugs...shit how i miss all that...im thinking seriously about suicide if i wont go back to normal completely and i cant take drugs anymore because to me thats the only thing that makes life worth living
