  1. lucky for u mandy ;D visual snow doesnt bother me too much its easy to ignore really once ur used to it

    and good to hear u graduated morbide!! what did u graduate from lol

    been drinkin quite abit myself today haha twas my hometown derby today so had to celebrate

    dont even like football to be honest but its an occasion thats still entertaining lol

    I guess it's like high school for you guys, it's really big here in sweden to graduate from that :) I studied societyscience(directly translated from swedish :P) and economics!

  2. I used to think id prefer visuals to go but once uv had an axious or paranoid attack ul soon see visuals are easy to live with. Control ul mind and keep relaxed and the visuals will dampen. Eat healthy, try not to consume too much sugar. No cigarettes or caffine.limited or no alcohol and just try stay stress free

    When i eat much sugar my visuals and anxiety go crazy! Learned my lesson last week, thought it would be permanent :(

  3. Chest tightness is a really common anxiety symptom it will pass soon. It was the first symptom I got but passed after a week.

    If it doesn't pass you will learn to ignore it, i've had that feeling for 6 months straight and i can still go for a jog without suffocating, it's not dangerous.
