2muchmandy
This week iv been out and about on my bmx, riding pretty dam hard. Out in the sun etc. Still drinking only water, eating reasonably well, totally sober. I have hardly watched tv. I have also been taking magnesium suppliments. My anxiety has been so much better but my visuals have been real bad. Not sure whats going on
WuWei
Strenuous working out can make visuals worse.,, sunlight and fresh air is good for DP/DR though . I make myself get out and play disc golf or take the dog to the park on my days off.
2muchmandy
Just shit cos my visuals are bad. Like my snow is verging on becoming patterny and I hope it doesnt. That will make life very hard. Makes me think Keppra, sinemet, xanex or klonopin?
SKARFON
My visuals are somewhat "pattern-y" like yours, probably due to 2cb use just like you. I was talking to a coworker who did the same drugs you and I have (albeit probably more and for longer), he still has visual snow 10 years later. You will learn to accept it and after that you won't even notice it anymore. The anxiety/etc is purely triggered by you worrying about the visuals, trust me on that... 2muchmandy
Alot of other people who havnt used 2cb get it aswell. I gotta be honest I regret 2cb so badly. Majority of my anxiety comes from worrying about what will happen cos of my 2cb use
