any success stories with keppra helping dpdr and brain fog?

i tried lamotrigine but got severe ear worms that distracted me from just talking to people or reading. keppra is basically my last option.

This sounds really stupid but when I first read “ear worms” I thought you meant you literally had worms in your ear caused by lamotrigine But you mean ear worms like when you get a song stuck over and over in your head? What sorts of sounds got stuck in your head? I have no idea about Keppra, I have never tried it, but a lot of people on here talk about it. So I’m of no help but was curious when I read your post.
