cosmiccharlie Posted January 26 Report Share Posted January 26 I have experienced exercise exacerbating symptoms slightly, never to the point in which it affected my sleep. I usually tell people to work out despite this. A healthy lifestyle usually involves some form of exercise and this has been crucial to my recovery.
