I've had this for about 4 weeks, after a large dose of "I have no idea" (Could possibly be mda or mushrooms someone mixed). Everything is sort of HD like, the sky looks flat, the clouds almost blend in with the sky, etc. Would you consider this HDDP?

hmm, could be more of derealization effect. I think the most obvious symptom , for me anyway, with hppd , is seeing objects warp and breathe, especially in the peripheral. \

That is a give away imo. This is my opinion but I believe that this visual effect comes from the enhanced perception of light reflecting off of plants/objects.
