Magnesium is susposed to help build and repear mylin sheats and receptors in your brain but doesn't have much of any affect because it can cross the blood brain barrier. L-threonate is relatively new but has multiple studies already of it helping with anxiety, sleep issues and most importantly, Alzheimers. It's at vitamin shoppe and online, $40 dollars for a month supply so I'm currently saving up but if you have the money you should definitely try this, sounds VERY hopeful. 2 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
