Magnesium l-threonate

magnesium l-threonate crosses the blood brain barrier better than any other magnesium out there. Magnesium is susposed to help build and repear mylin sheats and receptors in your brain but doesn't have much of any affect because it can cross the blood brain barrier. L-threonate is relatively new but has multiple studies already of it helping with anxiety, sleep issues and most importantly, Alzheimers. It's at vitamin shoppe and online, $40 dollars for a month supply so I'm currently saving up but if you have the money you should definitely try this, sounds VERY hopeful.
