Mr.50's
i was looking through high absorption magnesium supplements when I came across magnesium l-threonate which is said to be a relatively new creation. It is said that this form of magnesium crosses the blood brain barrier Very effectively and there are many studies that show that it is affective for Alzheimer's and helps many suffering from cognitive decline, also alledgely helps with sleep quality. It is available mostly online but in select stores, I will be buying it as soon as I can save up the money as its a little expensive, it's at Vitamin Shoppe but maybe someone else can try out this Med, sounds very hopeful
WuWei
I'm sure it's a good one. Pretty much anything other than magnesium oxide will be good. I'm planning on upping my dose to 600mg soon and getting some of the skin spray (magnesium can also be absorbed transdermally). This magnesium is saving my life, man. Literally. WuWei
It's only about 4% absorbed and it has a laxative effect.
