StateOfRegret
LarryC has mentioned a couple of times that Dr. Abraham says that beta blockers are contraindicated in HPPD. Does anybody know more about this? I'd like to hear from people who either a ) Know if beta blockers are indeed to be avoided or b ) have first-hand experience using beta blockers with HPPD. Thanks in advance, State.
VisualDude
I've tried propranolol. It is supposed to help visual migraine and ET. It was calming but had no other effect. Did not continue because it can contribute to ED. Have not tried an others. Don't understand why Dr A thinks they could be trouble.
StateOfRegret
Me neither. I've used 20mg propranolol at night the last couple of days, doesn't seem to have caused any problems so far.
Ghormeh Sabzi
First I've heard of it and, like Visual, do not understand the reasoning behind such thoughts.
