I take 1 450mg valerian root pill every 4 hours and an unkown mg magnesium pill twice a day. I have had a large drop in anxiety an in return my visuals are slowly lessening. The only problem I see with this is that valerian makes you slightly drowsy and you can develop a tolerance to it.
