bpl4269 Posted August 7, 2013 Report Share Posted August 7, 2013 So I learned a meditation technique where you inhale for a count of ten, then exhale for a count of ten. You repeat this cycle fifty times. After I did this I found tha my trails were almost non existent. As well as my positive after images. My depersonalization was also markedly improved.
