Surgery Question

hi guys. i have jaw surgery soon and am wondering is there different approaches you can take with anesthesia?  anything that would less likely make hppd worse? at the moment i get after images static in the dark and some floaters. i don't have any anxiety at all. Also i think i would have to take Anti-inflammatorys. Pain killers not so much with this type of surgery surprisingly there is not a lot of pain reported...

Hi, I also have surgery after breaking nose. Unfortunately, with general anesthesia. I have surgery in a few hours and I don't know if it's worth the risk. My afterimages are huge and don't want to wake up blind. Please some quick advice, operation starts in 7 hours!
