Auditory hallucinations

I've had mild symptoms of hppd for about a year and a half now but just recently started hearing a lot of ringing and static in my ears...I know this could be from a multitude of others things but was curious if anyone has experienced auditory symptoms from their hppd

Ringing comes and goes for me. It's just mild tinnitus, usually if I swallow once or twice it goes away. Did coke once post HPPD, and the ringing had me thinking that my head was gonna blow up, it got that bad. Chewing gum also helped me, although my jaw clicks sometimes and it was starting to hurt, so i stopped. BTW, does anyone else's Jaw click, like when chewing?

my jaw clicks, but thats from a fight I got in.

I also have tinnitus and occasionally the static in my ears. I always associate the static sound with panic attacks though, and interpret it more as my thoughts racing.
