How long and how did your dpdr go away

I have Them to but if that is your worst symptom Then you are lucky

So i dont Care about hppd much i Got it from weed so its nothing Like getting it from LSD or something but has Anyone Else recoverd from dpdr i would really Like to know if its possible to recover if i lowere my anxiety or if it only Will go if the hppd goes

Its just so Weird because ive Never had anxiety or Any stress in my life im 15 Yo. WHO has a lot of mates and go to partys. girls Like me hahah. Everyone im my family are very Nice. We have a wealthy family. Everything is good but still 2 Badtrips Can Jack me up this bad

How long did it take for it to go from 24/7 to just sometimes

Every time i blink for Like 1 min there Will be a afterimage/imprint but only if its Like from my phone or a TV. But its only Like 1/4 sek at a time and its every time i bling for 1 min do you have this?

How long time have you had dpdr and hppd

I keep thinking im schizo because of the delusions

I watched the MR Truman show and i started to belive that Mabye was how my life was or it was Like the matrix

Well i sometimes belive that im stuck in a Dream or that when i had a badtrip that i died and this is som sort of afterlife 

The dpdr is just killing me its so bad. I have some Weird Like delusions 

Stop this dude. You are what you are life is Great May be Hard for you but look around its the Best. Think about it for 5 min. You Will have so much time to be dead so Why leave this great place before you really have to.

So now ive had hppd and dpdr for 4 months. It sucks but the hppd is NOT so bad Thank god. But is it even possible to recover from dpdr when i have hppd to. 

Mand i only Got it from smoking weed am i gonna recover or Will i NOT recover because im only 14

And i Got it from weed and Will Never Do it again

I hope my hppd goes soon my only symptoms are very little trails floaters very little breathing walls and Hard to see in a Dark room because there is alot of visual snow
