  1. thats what weed does if u smoke a lot. It temporarily increases dopamine, and then dopamine gets lowered below baseline afterwards. thats why stoners are stereotypically unfocused. Low dopamine = lower focus = brain fog.

I only smoke like a couple hits when i smoke. not .5.

For me, just a couple hits helps. Increased focus and clarity etc... But when u smoke alot it causes Depersonalization even for normal people.

Ur in control of urself. tell urself u got it. no but's

  2. According to Stan Grof, basically a bad trip caused a "Condenced Experience"(CoEX) (in his book, LSD Psychotherapy, or something along those lines)

And the DP is basically this. I think the book said something about how the self-esteem wasnt formed strongly enough in adoloscents and children so this is possible to happen from a bad trip.

"Sometimes the integration of the [LSD] session takes days or weeks. It is important to encourage the client to keep the emotional channels open and continue the uncovering process, rather than try to shut them off prematurely by psychological means or with tranquillizers.

When the spontaneous process does not have enough dynamic strength to complete itself, the sitters should do intense activating work with the client? An interesting alternative to the approach? is use of prolonged hyperventilation? Intense breathing, continued for a period of about thirty to forty-five minutes, tends to collect the tensions in the body into a stereotyped pattern of armoring and eventually release them. This is associated with activation of important material from various levels of the unconsciousness. This is a very effective way of clearing residual problems after a psychedelic experience. The use of this technique requires certain background information and special instructions? [the technique is named Holotropic Breathwork; see www.holotropic.com for details. ]

If neither of the above techniques brings a satisfactory psychological resolution, another psychedelic session should be scheduled as soon as possible. The general principle applied here might seem paradoxical to a conventional psychiatrist. Psychedelic therapy can be discontinued at any tie after a successful session that was well integrated. If it resulted in an intensification of clinical symptoms or a prolonged reaction, continuation of therapy is indicated. The basic ideas is that this is not due to some unpredictable effect of LSD, but represents an unfinished unconscious gestalt that should be completed."

  3. just focus on being in the moment, be mindful of your thoughts, breathe slowly, and yeah be mindful. dont be going 10000 miles an hour biting your nails and shit lol. just take things slow even though it may be scary. thats my advice. I do transcendental meditation alot, as well as mindfulness pretty much 24/7. I basically am always doing my best to be mindful - that for a few months really is what helped alot. oh and always being conscious of your thoughts.

Important: forgive yourself. Meditation is about falling down, getting back up over again. perserverence. hundreds, thousands of times ;)

meditating on weed just totally connected me to my surroundings but i wont recomend that.

    good lukc :)

    Also, you become your thoughts.

    examples:

"im ugly." - now i think im ugly

"i will never amount to anything"

    "my life is ruined"

"i will not let this beat me. even if it takes a year, 2, 3, I will come out of this a much greater person than I would ever be"

"i choose to be happy right now"

"i am grateful for every breathe"

"a thought is just a thought"

    "I will do this"

"i am happy that I get to help others"

"what I put into the universe is what I get out of it"

"i am grateful for the wisdom that I gain every moment"

aee8f__1694.jpgthis quote helped me out ALOT at dark times.

  4. Meditation, yoga, deep breathing, going vegan, staying in the moment, excersize, decent sleep, getting off of HPPDonline, getting courage to face the anxiety directly.

GOING OUTSIDE was probably the biggest factor. And getting in touch with my feelings. also, essential oils(lavender), swimming, and green tea(decaf) seemed to help(although people say it increases their visuals.)

    ACCEPTING MY VISUALS !!

(honestly weed helped me but I am not going to advise that. it basically snapped me  back into reality. meditating while on weed. because weed brings out the subconscious fears and stuff, so its risky. plus it increased my visuals)

Now im gonna go meditate. bye.

Hopefully I recover 100% from all of this mental illness.

    Note: my HPPD symptoms:

    -static

-pareidolia(faces in the clouds and stuff)

    -ghosting

  5. otherwise you might risk a panic attack

panick attacks on weed are fun for me.

I remember once i was having a panick attack sober. I smoked bud and the panick/post panick fatigue was viped out like a benzo would. Weed helps me focus AND relieves anxiety.

i invite panick attacks. because i know grounding techniques/meditation to control the panick. and i can process the panick, face the fear .

Weed makes everything so much better for me. in moderation only . unless im remembering a phone number.

Grounding technique: take a bath, put head underwater so that I listen to my own heartbeat. focus on my heartbeat and it slows down. its fun.

^thats what i did when i had that panick attack.

ps : dissociation is a symptom of panick attacks

ps.s. : i smoked weed earlier and it felt like a trip. i could like see my dogs soul or whatever lol..

  6. depression and stuff makes a negative outlook on life. so that one's consciousness has a lot of negativity.

Just know that things just SEEM negative.

Positive thoughts multiply like bacteria, as do negative ones.

Also, you never really know what the future holds. It make seem like everything will get worse. with that attitude, things very well may become worse.

I strongly think that the anxiety/depression is the issue, not the visuals.

I reccomend geting off of HPPDonline and living life instead. do your best every day, every moment

  7. weed helps me meditate and i just do my best not have anxiety about the visuals ..... but it all in all it helps me.. so far. (with anxiety, depression, clarity of mind, ADHD medication)

    symptoms

    -snow

    -ghositng

-parieldolia - objects within objects like faces ...freaky..like clouds and shit

    mindfuck

-DP getting less pretty much everyday. weed helps my DP personally.

  8. Green Tea has helped me so much. I feel it right now and I feel awesome :D it seriously reduced my mental illness

    -decrease anxiety/depression SIGNIFICANTLY

-lemon in the tea REDUCES BRAIN FOG(potassium), and the lemon helps break up the theanine or something, it helps

    -helps manage my ADHD symptoms.

    -helps me meditate/yoga

    Note it has some caffiene.

IDK if it affects my visuals because I dont check to see.

I heard the half-life is 3 hours, so its allegedly fully out of ones system after 6 hours. (the amounts of caffeiene stay for like 10+ hours i think which is the only annoying part)

So i reccomend that when the l-theanine wears off(active ingrediant), then eat some valerian root to try to counteract the caffiene.

(l-theanine counteracts the anxious effects of caffiene)

L-theanine in green tea increases dopamine while increases GABA, so more focus, less anxiety. best combo  ever :D
