I have a bad case. I do enjoy the hppd now, but used to be scared shitless of them. Dp isn't always fun obv

• 3 years here. yeah i did 5 grams yesterday of shrooms and an acd hit. i had a "relapse" of the dp and felt the same way during that first bad trip that triggered this.   but, it was also healing. I realized yesterday on that trip that my brain is finally coming back to normal. I was able to stare at the space and feel connected with the universe. but it was too much for my brain to handle so i had a "relapse" of that mental breakdown

Yeah it's called living healthy

Success here I'm used to it I cope using natural herbal remedies. 

-marijuana (to go bAck into the trip and resolve ptsd)[makes visuals way worse]

-ginkgo biloba for anxiety and depression

[makes visuals worse]

-green tea to help with anxiety

And then I take my meds 

-risperidol

-depakote

(I'm schizo-affective)

Ive had it for uhh lets see like 2.5 years. I dont think the HPPD ever goes away. 

i think its a form of PTSD so if we cure the PTSD i guess we can actually cure the DP
