No, I actually think it's a pretty good dosage for me. I can meet friends and do regular stuff better and more than i could before, when i had harder DP/DR. It cured my insomnia too!

If you're taking 3mg daily you're likely to run into all sorts of problems in the future. I know how good the relief it can bring is but it really isn't worth it long-term.
