Thanks for the info, I'll check it out. No, I've not gone off the benzos since I've been on but I have however looked for other alternatives. I don't remember that but it could have been from an additional medication...who knows~ -

1998, hi it's val from the other board. I agree with what you posted, obviously. Any tips for weening off this as it's not even the hppd symptoms that drive me insane anymore but rather the withdrawal from the benzos, etc. hope you are well! -
Well, I was a member of the other forums from stormloader to especially the old hppd forum. I will say this is a surprise to see. A relatively good one but I'd have never known of it had I not really sought it out.
